Coronation concert Ballot

Hi there,

Views on this please - I received an email from ticketmaster saying I was successsful in the ballot, I thought the mail maybe spam, so I submitted a ticket, now i get an email saying it is sold out - I am not sure where I stand - I guess I have lost my place

Very confusing email
You recently received an email regarding your ballot application for The Coronation Concert, at Windsor Castle on Sunday 7 May 2023.
but i've didnt receive anything and now they are sold out.

Lot's of posts on Facebook about this so you are not alone.

I would keep an eye on the news or Ticketmasters website in case there is some sort of announcement about this.

This is what happens when staff don't get reprimanded for not ensuring their communications are written adequately.

Let's hope the manager takes responsibility and offers compensation to those that were affected. Not because it is life-threatening, but purely so there is some consequence to inadequate actions by certain staff members. This mitigates the chance of it happening again.

I've just heard about this on the radio, BBC 5live and they've been looking into it but atm, sadly, it looks like it was 1st come, 1st served and not a ballot

i was the same unfortunately. arranged child care and time off work and disappointed to receive the sold out and eventual "first come first serve" email. rubbish

I received email two tickets for coronation concert congratulations only to press and receive none available we’re are my successful ticket’s ticketmaster
you can’t get congratulations email two tickets then they have disappeared so who have they been given to not only that but tell’s me I have until 27 th April to receive been trying to collect since 25 th April. SCAMMERS find my tickets I have order numbers so who have they been sent to
