Am I eligible for Amazon business-only pricing?

This is probably a really daft question and I'm assuming the answer is no... But I've been receiving emails for years at this point stating "You are eligible for business-only pricing" along with emails with business-only discount codes...

I don't have a business account, or for that matter, a business at all!

Am I actually eligible? Or is this just Amazon trying to onboard new business users by emailing their non-business account users?

Amazon trying to onboard you to a business account so they can relinquish any consumer rights if you buy something and you have an issue with it.

Oh, so there's no warranty on stuff? (Asking cos a mate bought a charger for me at a great price..packed up 5months in...gave it back to him hoping he'd sort it out but its been nearly a year and nada!)
