Cashback website issues

Hi, I have been trying Quidco and Topcashback websites for the past few days to click through to retailers but every time I try I get the error message 'Can't connect to the server' (Safari). I've tried Chrome and Firefox too but still no joy. Is anybody else having this problem or can suggest a potential fix?
