Does anyone know how to track a mi.com order?

The tracking they supplied by dpd seems to be an incorrect number. They already tried to deliver but nobody was in. I need to rearrange delivery to another address via dpd but cannot without the correct tracking number.

Perhaps someone knows how to extract the real tracking number from the one supplied? It seems too long.

The tracking # is actually correct. You need to take the numbers starting after your post code minus the last 4-5 digits.

I know this is long sorted, but I've just had the same problem.
This answer worked for me, I had to try a few times, but the first 14 characters after the post code part worked ok for me.

This threads helping me far in the future.
Mi.com is a mess with order and shipping info, always has been. The tracking number and links never work and the shipping address is always missing the post code making it look like you've messed it up and wont get the parcel. How are they one of the biggest tech companies on the planet?? lol.

If you still can't make any sense of it what about asking them to take it to their pick up place, mines a local "corner" shop so presumably you'll have something similar close by.

Thank you. I figured out the take away the post code but I would have never figured out the "minus the last 4-5 digits" part.

Kinda need an answer before tomorrow starts as they'll reattempt delivery again and nobody is in. Told them on the ring doorbell to leave with neighbour but he said they can't do that.

When I worked for DPD they wouldn't allow receivers of parcels to change the address.
The sellers had to as it was their property until you received it.
Things may have changed but with the state of fraud as it is I doubt it.
You may be able to have it diverted to a pick up place location as @luke.o.zade mentioned above but not sure. (edited)
