LED Strip light controller/module bought seperate?

I've come across two sets of LED Strip lights that I never used when installing some in my daughters bedroom.

Obviously the remote control and USB/mains adapter are being used so I was wondering if it was possible just to buy them separately so I can make use of the two spare sets of strip LEDs?

    Yes, it is assuming they aren't anything too esoteric. Looks like a standard 4 pin led strip; do a search for rgb led controller. You'll then need to match the expected voltage to the controller, generally they'll be 5 or 12v, everything should work at that point
