Nintendo switch setup issue

I am trying to setup my new Nintendo switch, when I reach to Internet Settings during setup, the device does not even show wireless Wi-Fi options. Does someone know how do I fix it?

It’s a case of hardware failure. You can try to restart the system and see if it comes back. But if not you’ll need to get it repaired/replaced. When you see this screen, it means that the console can’t find any WiFi chip inside for it to use.

Are you sure about this? I got this from Amazon Warehouse, when I first fitted it up, I saw the wireless option, I hard reset the device to factory settings for fresh install. Since then it’s vanished.

I see it gives you the option to set it up later, can you do that and then see if there's the option after?
