Quidco Uswitch?

Over 5 months now since transaction date.
Anyone else having delays?

- what on earth are you doing about these delays?
Just allowing them to continue? If yes, for how much longer?
Isn't there a time when you should at least suspend the merchant? Even temporarily?
Not good, not good at all.

Let's see how much longer it takes.

    Hello There, Apologies the Uswitch cash back is not yet paid, On the retailers page they advise the payment speed for the retailer is 12 months so at the moment the cash back is within the resolve time they advise. Once we have the funds they will be added straight to your balance. Thank you Ashleigh

    Because it's been changed.
    That's why my transaction is showing as delayed and I've already had an apology for this regarding any delay.
