From a seller with 0 feedback

They all have zero feedback. Ebay doesn't like keys being sold and will kill the acc with in a few hours of the listing going live.

I've bought 3 or 4 from zero feedback acc's and all have worked without a problem.

I bought this one last year for my gaming PC I built.

Just tried posting the link but got a message from HUKD saying it’s banned. You can see the website in the screenshot.

I had no issues with it at all, activated no problem

I use allkeyshop to price compare. On my phone so cannot quickly find a link of a place I have used before. But gamivo and gamers outlet and eneba are ones that ring a bell
    Usually £2.50

Edit... Here. I didn't use hrk before but did gamers outlet

Ali express always have keys for £2 and under. No idea if they work. Also lots of cd key resellers have win 10 pro for under £10. Pay by pay Pal so if they do not work you can get your money back and you give them no details.
More expensive is Groupon who normally do keys for about £30 but they will probably work.

Used keys are always suspect as they are against the terms and conditions of use of the product. I doubt eBay would refund you if you were sold a rubbish key. If you buy a used key there will always be risk however at a couple of quid it might be worth the gamble

eBay usually delays payment to new sellers by a month or so. If their account is disabled within a few hours do they ever get any money from these sales?
