Network on air dvd customer service

Hi has anyone had problems this company. Ordered dvd set pre order paid on 1st Feb then was delayed till 6th march still not got any tracking details told have to wait 28days before chasing it up.

    Not had any issues, recent or historical. If I did:
    would exercise right to cancel off-premises order for full refund;
    (pre)order elsewhere.
