When you take out a plan for a new phone (e.g. 36 months for an iPhone) and you're paying £20 a month for the phone and £11 a month for the sim, can you cancel the sim and just pay the £20 a month for the remainder of the 36 month contract?

You can however change your airtime plan at any time if you need more data to suit your needs, or less data to save some money for example.
