Pixel 6a €199 Vodafone Ireland

Hi,

I am not posting this as a deal because it's Vodafone.ie.

I have family in Ireland, so I am researching which device to purchase.

Does anyone know if this will be unlocked, or locked to Vodafone?

Also, to purchase the phone you also have to "Choose Your Top Up Offer" which comes with a minimum €20 add-on. Does this work like the UK deals where these SIM only offers can be immediately cancelled?
