Couple of years ago i had to cancel my flight due to unforseen circumstances on my part.
They only refunded 25%, no idea if anything has changed

Yes, I got on their plane and flew to Bulgaria and back.

Very restrictive hand luggae policy, rigorously enforced. (Thats where they make most money).

Invariably, you pay for luggage/suitcase.

Its a cheap airline, you get what you pay for. Better than most other cheap airlines, in my experience.
Hand luggage is quite flexible and they didn't even check sizes last time I flew.

Just seen some very very cheap deals with them online reviews weren't great. Only concern I would have is major delay/cancellation.

Yes, as long as you follow their rules. I spent more money to get to Stansted than the flight ticket.

I’ve only used them a couple of times and had no issues. Was worried about cancellations and legroom but their seating was no worse than Ryanair
