Has anybody had any experience with these? I have had one fitted for about 4 years, recently as we flush the toilet no water starts filling until approximately 7 or 8 seconds later. Always used to start filling instantly. Does anybody know if the top section lift off and so be able to replace without removing the bottom section thats still connected to the toilet like you can with the Fuildmaster valves?
