From vast experience they will let you extend it once - so worth just chatting to them. If not, like has been said, open a new account with a new email and use the same NUS card. Works fine

Do Amazon actually check? I signedup as a Student (by accident) and it went on for at least 2 months. I then realised and they switched me over to the full sub.

I had a three-year Totum card, which they accepted. Last year, I renewed the Totum card after its three year period expired, foolishly assuming my Student Prime would also be valid for another three years, but Amazon refused to let me have more than one year as an extension. They said the policy was you only get four years as a student, regardless of how long your student card is valid for

The email said:
I have scanned through your account and I can see that you've already used the 4 years membership as a one-time exception as we only offer student subscriptions for 4 years only.

Guys just type in prime student on eBay

I hit my 4 year 'end' - created new email, removed telephone from original, created a new account and reapplied using my Totum, - Student prime authorised within an hour!

Easy peasy! As chaps say above mine run out I share my account so a 10 spot a year. Ebay will sort you out and you’ll get 6 months free! I’ve only just done this myself as I found myself in the same boat and a fellow HUKDer directed me towards this.
ive notice that this website was great at the beginning ( those of you that were here when we had a for sale section and everything was done on trust, then the site went full mainstream and was infested with , shall we say , a male organ that is use to reproduce, and now seems to be coming together as a bigger, better community!
