Linking Apple Watch with 3

I bought an Apple Watch cellular. I have an existing iPhone contract with 3 and they say I can’t get the £7 a month pairing contract.

Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?

    Had no problems in the past, looking on the three site it’s says You’ll need a cellular Apple Watch SE, or a Series 5 or above to have a Smartwatch Pairing Plan….it’s also mentions a your way contract…might be worth another call to see what’s stopping this as they have offered watch plans since June 2022
