ooops.....sorry! Im sure these are fine!

onriebaby

my son loves these. couldnt figure out why i havent seen them for a few weeks in my local tesco. shame i dont need to do a shop online or have a free delivery code. HOT

StevenTaylor

These are the fruit pieces, NOT the jelly. I can't comment on the jelly but I think these are good.

BorisTheSpider

Bought these before when BOGOF - both me and the missus thought they tasted foul. Tastes nothing like real jelly, and nothing like fruit juice either......just nasty.

StevenTaylor

Thanks :-D

Same price at Wilkinsons 2 Bottles for a Pound!

306maxi

Has artificial sweeteners in it. Yuck. Edit. Ah someone's already said. P.S Sainsbury's stuff is still cheaper and doesn't have artificial **** in it and tastes alright with a bit of ice/

Dudley

People not fond of stomach cancer and the taste of tin should check, I'm pretty certain even the non-diet schwepps has aspartame.

jocksteeluk

7up is lemon and lime not lemonade but i would have to say Schweppe's beats 7up every time!

muffin247

anyone else notice 7up tastes much much better? or is it just me lol

£1.43 - £1.37 = 6 pence.

Da_DebtCollector

the stuff tastes like sweet blood!

samwants2save

50p each?! rep given, voted hot!! also erm, not hijacking post or anything, but bought an egg mayo filler (asda own brand) last night, label stated £1.37 roll back type of thing from £1.43, anyway, for 450g its abit pricey but gorrit anyway. at the till, it scanned as £1.43, so i queried it AFTER cos i had to go back and check myself rather than get an asda staff person to check it whilst i held the queue up at the checkout! it was only 8p overcharge, but took it to customer services, and they refunded my money )full £1.43) and the once-abit-pricey egg mayo was free! came home gloating. it's never happened to me before..just thought i'd share it...

pKaTz

its been at this price for a while. but still HOT tho! :-D

I used to have one of these many years ago! It does take whole fruit! It's brilliant! Looking to purchase another one very soon!

dr.met.ty

Bought a similar model recently. "whole fruit" is somewhat of an illusion - shredding whole apples leaves you with a bitter taste of the juice and lots of froth on top - I would not recommend it. If you prepare the fruit then the fresh juice tastes very nice but the work and mess involved are a real downside (genuine potential to end up in a cupboard after being used twice)

arfster

Glad to hear it! (that has other meanings...... :whistling::w00t::-D)

SpudGunner

It is a little fiddly to clean so no I wouldnt use it everyday but I am pleased with mine (got it for the same price ages ago). Mine collects the pulp no probs and my 2 year old son loves chucking the fruit into it. (who needs all their fingers anyway!)

leighonigar

Untrue in at least some ways. We lack cellulase enzymes so are unable to break down plant cell walls properly. Much of the benefit of plant material remains trapped within the cells and is passed. A juicer's job is to break open the cells and get the good stuff out. More than would be extracted just by chewing. Sure, the other plant stuff is good so a nice mix is what you want. Additionally - try eating wheat grass. I'm not much of a juicer myself but if you're really keen I'm told a masticating juicer is the way to go. These centrifugal ones have a blade which spins at high speed and which gets a lot of air into the juice. This leads to oxidation and a loss of nutritional value. As such you've really got to drink the juice fast - don't leave it sitting around for days oxidising further.

Great price but what i find works just as good is if you buy the cheap lemonade and a bottle of lemon juice or a bag of lemons, put a bit of either in the glass and top with the cheap lemonade and it tastes just like the more expensive brands.

sexyswift07

i stocked up with this about 5 weeks ago when they did it at this price in our local asda in derby, my other half loves it! heat added
