No you don’t need to have that specific HDMI cable. That’s just Sky colour coding their cables to make installation easier.

I’d perhaps go for a cable with better shielded though, just make sure it’s hdmi 2.0 compatible. There’s no reason to spend silly amounts of money on HDMI cables though so don’t get pulled in by manufacturers claiming their cables offer better picture quality. (edited)
