I noticed that Wowcher is knocking out some Chromebooks for about £50+ at the moment. I've been thinking of getting one to replace my sluggish laptop but i don't really know much about Chromebooks - the prices seem decent, although they seem to be (from the quick bit of Googling i did) models that won't get any more updates.
Has anyone bought one of these? Was it any good? Will they still run okay for a few years without updates? I only really need it for fairly basic web browsing and streaming. Plus i'm broke, so the cheaper the better.
