Shredder under £40?

Can anyone recommend a cross cut shredder that's under £40? Had a look round at reviews and struggling to find one that doesn't seem to have issues, and by that I don't mean it needs to talk through things! Any help appreciated.

At this price point, you will not be able to do bulk runs, and you should probably expect it to overheat and / or jam frequently. For most people in domestic use situations it makes much more sense to simply tear, or cut up address labels and sensitive data as you go. If it is business use, buy a decent one with a fan to stop overheating and write it off against tax.
