Transport from Lisbon airport to Torres Vedras, Portugal.
Posted 25th Feb 2023
Just looking for any advice on transport to our destination in Torres vedras. There will be 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children). Any information would be much appreciated.
There are several transportation options available for your group of 10 from Lisbon airport to Torres Vedras:
-Private transfer: you can book a private transfer service with a company like Suntransfers or MyTransfer. This would provide you with a comfortable and direct transfer to Torres Vedras in a private vehicle that can accommodate your group.
-Shared shuttle: Alternatively, you can book a shared shuttle service with a company like Airport Transfers Portugal or Lisbon Airport Transfers. This would involve sharing a vehicle with other passengers, but would still be a more affordable option than a private transfer.
-Rent a Van: You can rent a van from a rental car company such as Europcar, Hertz or Avis. This would provide you with more flexibility in terms of scheduling and itinerary, but also requires a designated driver for the duration of your stay.
-Public transport: Another option is to take public transport, which involves taking a metro from Lisbon airport to Lisbon's Sete Rios bus station, then taking a bus from there to Torres Vedras. This can be a cost-effective option, but may not be the most convenient with 10 people and luggage.
I hope this helps and wish you a pleasant trip to Portugal! (edited)
