Mine arrived today too. I'd forgotten the original phone charging cable is USB C to USB C, so I can't plug these into the original charging plug and can therfore only do a normal charge rather than super fast. Still handy to have as spares or for work and in the car.

SamSungTab

These arrived today. I have an S9 Note hey charge as quickly as my original Samsung cable.

It was worth a shot. Oh well maybe next time.

jasee

Unfortunately, as I well know :) when it get's to thid depth of cold nothing can revive it @pow26 I think you should have put the important features, solar, blutooth, special Honda edition in the first line of your description. Once it starts getting cold then people only look at the first line of the description then follow like sheep voting it cold! Better luck next time :) PS I hate the word 'Gents', I know it says that at the Watchshop, but aren't we all Gentlemen (or Ladies)?

flintstone

was going to say about the Edifice additon also I likd the black, the red is too much IMHO, however this is a special edition in association with Honda Racing, hence the colours I guess. Maybe worth updating the title to include the Edifice and Honda Racing CASIO Edifice EQB-1000HR-1AER Honda Racing Limited Edition not voting either way, as these have a more specialised market, too expensive for what I'd get out of it BTW it does seem to be a great price for the watch

jasee

Yes, you are right, it isn't mentioned on the Watchshop site but on the casio https://www.casio.co.uk/products/timepieces/edifice/racing/product/?v=EQB-1000HR-1AER

It does have solar, and does have Bluetooth with connected app to ensure always accurate.

Grey LA arrived, with ‘women’ on the silver 9forty top sticker and on the inside label. Not a big issue but is listed as unisex. Really good quality cap, the wife has snaffled it!

It’s £3.99 for a New Era cap, best fitting caps imo

You could probably buy this car for 15k pre-registered if you were lucky, Ive seen a few in the past on autotrader. That for me is the better option but then I would keep the car 15 years ,I know apple and pears ay but might give another option for someone. Also this engine is superb with great economy and it feels very quick in every gear, good torque.

5hooey

Despite the comments, I'm struggling to find a better deal for a similar car. I can easily get a 1.0 super mini for £130 a month with zero deposit but that's not what i want.

jonnyd24

I never get these car lease deals, I paid good money to get on the train last weekend, but they wouldn't let me keep the train when I got off, I felt totally ripped off.

Touchy or what....

Because all maintenance ever is, is £80, a mornings work and only needs doing some years ago. Good to know.

I found exactly the same thing when trying one. it's more comfortable for taller people in the back than in the front, and you can't open the glove-box if there's anyone in the passenger seat. They should have allowed the front seats to adjust back a few more notches. Whilst commenting on it, an existing owner overheard me and said that his wife found the same problem, so it seems a common issue.

Always ATGATT , you will regret it when you don't and you crash.. I use Oxford heated grips myself and MRT riding gloves.

TelicVet

I've got heated gloves and bars, and they work for me. Last night I left the gloves at home and used my winter ones. Big mistake. The temp plummeted, and it felt like the bars weren't even on at 70mph. You're looking at £150-£200 for good, waterproof, gloves. So it's a fair investment.

ResveZ

I apologize if I came across rude but it scares me younger riders going with these options. I am also a healthcare professional and I've seen so many injuries because of insufficient or inadequate gear, coming from they heard somewhere it was fine. So it makes me jump off the chair straight away.

trottersindependent

You get what you pay for. , £125 for these are cheap retail price is very expensive because of the quality these will last you the duration of the bike with heavy use, I have a pair on my Forza they heat up quick an feel like the stock throttle. Oxford will set you back at around 60-90 but don’t heat up quick break easily and drain your battery.

Meathotukdeals

It's a bit like this. Yes a warm summer day ride out can get you shivvering. EDIT Damn didn't get a C chart. But you get the idea.

How do you think. 1st lorry does 45 another 46 and so on. They are constantly in race overtaking each other uphill. Your Jazz is doing 50 ...downhill.

Sammylove2016

I can imagine you skipping the red lights like you skip punctuation in your prose.

wizz1234

Over 3k for a years motoring in a jazz I have just bought a whole jazz for a third of that yes 1k and that’s not for a old heap ok it’s old 2006 but only 74k on the clock and I’ve just done a a 80 mile trip cruise at 80 brilliant little car and much nicer than the micra it replaces however micra more fun to drive around town and the lanes but Honda quality is far suprier

Spitroast2006

The original post also clearly stated the "M25", most of which is 5 lanes. Besides, officially there is no 'middle lane', only additional right hand lanes for overtaking so it's clear the poster was simply highlighting that he often sees these sorts of cars in the wrong lane... to which I have to agree. You sound like you could well be one of those illegal and frustrating drivers yourself with your road knowledge. Perhaps you should obtain some driving experience and knowledge of UK roads before commenting and making yourself sound silly.

sayekm

You could pickup a banger XR3i for £500 But insurance for a 18 year old was £2000. A Escort RS turbo was few £k but most company would not insure under 25 year old. This led to most XR3i driven on road without insurance as there was no police ANPR to detect them. The Cosworth were not cheap and insurance was sky high as most got stolen.

Cheap and cheerful hot

GAVINLEWISHUKD

Well that all fine buying a 10+ year old car. But then how it has been looked after makes a massive difference when buying an older cheap car. If I want a 3-5 year old car the data points are not so useful.

rumble

That would be more true if not for the fact that Warranty Direct takes average age of vehicle and mileage into account when calculating reliability. No way of calculating reliability is going to be perfect, but theirs is the best going right now.

GAVINLEWISHUKD

Yes I was jesting. Really good cars if not a little boring. If it wasn't for the weak piston rings these would run forever.

GAVINLEWISHUKD

Well apart from the Cee'd (still seems odd typing that!) all of what people class a "modern" Kia's will only just have started to come out of warranty.
