Not sure if this is a good deal. Looks ok on face. Miles bit less. May suit someone. As you can't drive too far these days look at it as you banking milage.
Journetta

and there's no fee after the monthly? to make up the difference

ferrarionur2

Yes you get to keep the car obviously otherwise it wouldn't make sense paying over 4k to rent it, they also give you lifetime free servicing and the option to hand in yours and pick up a new one every 5 years, I ordered two one for myself and the other for eBay as they seem to be going for a quite a bit on there.

I suggest you reread what you said. On a deal with a lease mini costing 4.2k, you claim you can get a second hand one for 4.2k but you're not comparing (lol) (lol) (lol) . It's all anecdotes right that have nothing to do with this deal. (horror) (horror) (horror) (horror)

On a deal with a 4.2k leased mini to say 4.2k is decent 2nd hand mini is comparing to me but each to their own.

lucas

I didn’t compare, I said 4.2k is decent second hand mini money and everyone agreed 😘

Great leasing deal for very well specced car. It is 48 months deal which are rather rare so will cost just over £2k a year for 8000 miles
PurrlineBargain

Why would anyone want the same car for 4 years?!?

Zed213

why is this remotely hot? In the 4th year of the lease you would be liable for anything that went wrong with the car as it will be outside of manufacturers warranty. Am I missing something?

DADSCAB

I read all of these posts/arguments and forgot what the deal was for.

kiltyrg

Out of stock apparently

tonymcg

My comment has been deleted? Stated a good price, but not on a 4 year deal. 3 years are fine and at least under warranty

Technical question.... These being battery, would it last without use for a while, my best mate just had a son today, could I buy this and let them have it without the intention of use for a year or two?! I have no kids, I dont understand these things hahaha

edwardo1973

Anyone know what insurance group these are in?

pimpchez

Stay away from 6v ride ons in general , they cant pull the skin of rice pudding . Take grass or a slight gradient and it will struggle

I got one of these for my sons 3rd birthday. When he unwrapped it ive never seen him so happy. Great looking car and well made. he had great fun scooting around the living room! It was a different story when we went to the park, cue the tantrum! It was way too slow outside and really underwhelming. My son has grown to love it and is still his favourite toy but im planning and swapping out the 6v battery with a 12v one as ive heard this is quite a popular upgrade to little 6v cars. There just too slow!

scottay2hottay

Does anyone know where I can buy spare parts for this?

jr007

I want one but I'm 6ft2 :( Heat.

katiec

It is £129 now - I wonder if they will honour the £90 price I reserved it at?

Shenx

Was it a 6v also. My son be 20months at Xmas maybe a 6v be better for him. Tho in saying that maybe a 12v with a remote I get a few years out of it.. Hmmm

Does it come with road fund tax?

This BMW mini was in fact engineered by British Engineers in the UK. By Land Rover engineers no less. They packed up the engineering just after it was complete and moved to Germany.

burnduck

What's the engine size?

deleted947903

Too true - lost count the number of times I've seen these BMW's out and about driving with a colleague and said "typical BMW driver" and they go "what? It's a Mini" - so I have to explain the sad story that BMW suddenly decided it was trading as an asset stripper as as well as a car maker back when they sold Rover back to those idiots for £1.
