No i had to send a Z3c back 4 times as they insisted it was fixed and every-time i got it back it was still dead.. they would not replace it just repair it.. they eventually did, but the interwebz is full of people with same experience, it put me off them for good.
Rope? You mean top? Well you can swipe from anywhere from the screen to bring up, shortcut settings, and double tap for one handed mode.
I always found there customers service great when I had z3 they replaced it when it's started turn off randomly, after 18 months of use. Also sent in L1 they fixed without any issues.
I agree with lots of comments hoping this does well.. But Sony really need to sort out their CS mess, they are horrific to deal with, and generally will ignore faults with devices, I haven't used a Sony since the Z3 compact due to the their terrible customer service. Its shame beacuse Sony devices run so smooth too.
