Made in the UK with decent quality parts, and can be repaired if it ever does break. It will outlast a cheap vacuum many many times over. We used to use them when I worked in hotels with constant use and abuse eight hours a day from the housekeeping girls and apart from the motor brushes and hoses everything survived. You are basically getting a commercial grade cleaner for less than £100.
They don't really. Look at the cost of a Dyson, Samsung and Gtec all much more. Neumatic vacuum cleaners are on par if not better than a Dyson performance wise and they sell replacement parts for years as models rarely change too much. Being able to use just a lone screwdriver you can change the motor or brushes so it can be maintained where as a Dyson isn't designed to be maintained and is seen more of a disposable item when it stops performing as well, what a waste. So the Henry can be kept alive with OEM parts and is very robust. It just works.
I don’t get why these cost so much can someone care to explain?
