Good game but without playing the others, you could tell this story was the weakest in the series. Still quite enjoyable
Everyone who got the game via PS Plus can download the extra content for free. Go to your games library, select the game and download from there. Not in game or via the store. Download the content from the box containing the start widget.
The season pass is available for £2.39!
Brilliant, thanks for this
Same :( heat added anyway (y)
JC, a bomb!
And who would have thought it was true lol
Came to agree with other posters, this was an amazing game. So ahead of its time yet so unexposed! Shame about its successors*
Deus Ex best game ever.
Invisible war was more like invisible framerate
Stunning game if you have never played it. You definitely get your money's worth out of it. I wonder if they'll ever release the sequel?
Just a heads up. It's also £3.74 on the MS Store for Standard, and £5.99 for the one with all the bells and whistles. The DLCs alone are very weirdly pricey, making the Deluxe good value.
It has not Xbox one x patch. So same bad performance. Fps drops in some scenarios between 20-25
hi im not seeing this price when i click the link its £11.69
Yes It Should
Does it work on windows 10
Well worth it for a couple of quid, hot.
The season pass for MD includes two story DLCs. The first one is a little bit of a disappointment, but the second one has good level design and is quite replayable. For £1.32 extra I'd say it's hard for it not to be worth it.
Is the season pass worth it? I’ve just started Human revolution directors cut and really good so far.
Treat it as an expansion pack for Human Revolution
Just Completed it 21 Hours In, if you enjoy pure stealth games this is one for you.
And thats only one playthrough in one style. I've done a hacking sneaking run. But I'm also looking forward to a bad a*s blow everything up run. And trying the other options in the branching missions and dialog.
one of the best games of the decade. Hot
Seriously underrated game, definitely worth the price, the long hours of fun and multiple play throughs!
Fantastic game, well worth the £2. Great visuals, gameplay and immersive story.
He was busy playing for Man utd when this came out though.
Great game. Lots of different ways to play.
No Blood Omen Legacy of Kain :( What a shame.— JC Denton
Use a VPN set to Russia then they are 32p a game
Just thinking of managing the inventory with a controller reminds me of DE: IW and I want to cry
It was from a Steam listing, but looking again now, I can't see it this time, so maybe it was a different Deus Ex game I found by mistake Here's the Steam store filtered for "Deus Ex" and controller support:- https://store.steampowered.com/search/?term=Deus+Ex&category2=28&os=win
No idea where that screenshot is taken from, but the original Deus Ex most definitely does not have full controller support. You might be able to get it working acceptably with the steam controller, but remembering how hard aiming the sniper rifle was (early on), it's going to be quite a challenge.
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5199-TOKV-4426t I've sucessfully played some steam lego games with a PS4 controller. The only slight issue was that the in game help and hints referred to x-box buttons instead, but they're properly mapped to the PS button.
Really? Been in my library an age and I never realised, I'd kinda assumed it was like system shock 2,which I've tried many times to play on kb, but my brain just will not play ball, cheers for the heads up
It's a great game... Though human Revolution was just that bit better imo
Love this game.
Is it just me> I just cant stand main character's voice.
Dont forget quidco and topcashback!
I never asked for this.
£5.93 for the Deluxe edition: https://www.fanatical.com/en/game/deus-ex-mankind-divided-digital-deluxe-edition
A complete steal at this price.
Good point have edited title. PC Steam key.
It is a very good game, they're only going so cheap as so many were obviously produced. Season pass is also decent, usually goes for £3-4. Is defo a Ps Plus contender in the near future though.
Ebay, new sealed four pounds fifty pence.
I can't believe how quick the price on this game and the next one dropped, they are very good games. Not quite the impact of the original Deus Ex but they are still very good. Worth persisting with.
Suppose the original was a hard act to follow.
I thought the gameplay was generally awful so swapped this after the first level. Even at £1.79 wouldn't buy again.
Great game and great price.
Even more of a bargain since the Steam store price went up from £1.94 to £12.99 a few days ago.
Bargain. Order went through easily and just pop the code into steam account. Works fine with Win10. Thanks.
Haven't played a Deus Ex since the original which I was obsessed with. Probably won't get chance to play this but bought it anyway :D
Not really into shooters, but might have to give it a go at this price. Cheers
The trailer to this is so cool
Interesting that a game about conspiracy theories and centered around a man made virus to control the population is on sale and so popular right now!
Invisible War was my first foray into Deus Ex and it utterly blew my mind as a console gamer at the time.
Invisible War was a good PC game, but a technical marvel on the original Xbox. You needed a really powerful PC to get the most out of the game, but it ran surprisingly well on Xbox. I played both but was so impressed with how the same game was on a console at that time, even if the load times were quite bad. Same goes for Half Life 2. The port of that to Xbox was astounding.
Bought mainly to support others!
Looks pretty dated (Yes, yes I know - only 69p.....)
Easily one of the best games of all time
Heads up J C....
One of the best PC games I've ever played. So far ahead of its time.
Mr J.C. Denton ... in the flesh.
I did exactly that. I struggled to get into this game. After several starts, each time wiping my game and starting anew, it eventually clicked and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. (I think the problem was that you have access to all the 'upgrades' but after the training level they have to be earned.) I bought the older Revolution on sale as a download. Slightly different gameplay (mainly the way the controls work I think) but just as good. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Same! I ended the game with absolutely loads of ammo for the taser fist thing, tranquiliser rounds, stun rounds etc because I was obsessed with the stealth approach. Did the same with Resident Evil remake, ended up with loads of spare shotgun rounds and never used the magnum. I went on an augmented killing spree after saving at the branching point, I got the trophy for not killing first time through. It's way easier, way less rewarding but still fun as hell.
I regret not using more of my Biocells during the game. They seemed very rare at the start of the game so I barely used them but in the end I completed the game and had loads spare. I saved a game at the point the story branches so I could play both endings and I used lots of biocells when I played the alternative endings and it was lots of fun. I'm tempted to buy Human Revolution after playing this game as I still have my PS3. I used to have the game but never took it out the shrinkwrap and ended up giving it away. You can pick it up for £1 at CEX so might do that but then again there are so many things I want to play on PS4.
What I always did was move slowly, behind cover, and if I couldn't see a way past cameras, guards etc, use a Biocell, cloak and run. It depletes very quickly when you're moving so you have to use it sparingly. 90% of the time, there's a vent you can crawl through to circumvent guards etc. The game is pretty forgiving with autosaves as well.
I was doing it on easy and you finished it on extreme difficulty (lol) I will definitely give it another go and try the things you said (y) thanks
I didn't ask for this, I asked for a new sequel, but hey this will do for now.
Amazing game, amazing price!
Strange that it's missing Human Revolution.
