Same boat. I had the early neato botvac d85 (no issues, battery went after about 4 years) and then the D5 (constant sensor issues) and now we have the D7 and after a year we started having problems. Now to get it working I have to unscrew the battery cover and disconnect/reconnect the battery. It then says the battery is dead (when it isn’t) and you have to leave it on charge for a while before you can use it. Safe to say we’ve given up with it so it’ll be a different brand for the next one.

i've bought 4 D7s and they've all been fine for over 3 years. tbh I'd buy a roborock next time, not because neato is bad (they're not) but other brands' tech has moved further ahead and offer better value for money. My D7s still work great for now.

I had an early Neato, they were the brand leader then. Replaced with a D3 and D7, found to be very unreliable, check out the Facebook page “Neato Robotics - Community”. Currently 10 Amazon Warehouse returns available, there’s a reason for that!

Can get a new model for only £30 more, with 5yr guarantee https://www.myrobotcenter.co.uk/en_gb/neato-botvac-connected-d7

maybe, but i've never seen it at this price before

Ordered then canceled, reviews are terrible.

I see it while browsing and thought it would help someone out for the price :) Only 3 available :)

Same as candy branded units , own one that is pretty hit n miss with drying. Devices when it will drain and the tumble dryer goes on for about an hour than is necessary since the in built sensor is excessively sensitive. However this is a great price for the size and voted hot
