The mental price game guides are fetching is typical of our society today. With the absense of PrimaGuides, there is only one other guide publisher that i'm aware of, although the value of a paper guide is less relavant these days, i enjoyed them as did many others. This guide is well fleshed out, informative and a nice addition to a solid game. If your nostalgia stretches to guides, snap them up while you still can.
Looked through this guide today and its a thing of absolute beauty.

Sekiro is about patterns and parrying. Whereas in the previous souls games you are actively avoiding damage FROM software are asking to you stand right in front of it and deflect it. Once you understand that you are not supposed to be avoiding hits, it clicks. I played Sekiro like I did the previous souls games and that was a mistake. I still prefer Nioh 2 though even though technically Sekiro is much more demanding, Nioh 2 just scratches so many itches that Sekiro let me down in.
