Damn, can't argue with that price

Nice bargain 👌👌👌

Loved SR4 but Gat out of Hell isn't worth your hard drive space. It's really more of a funny concept that gets old quick, best watch some videos of gameplay first before purchasing.

Not the best open-world games going but amazing value and still good fun! (y)

Loved saints row 1 and 2, dont know what they were thinking with the follow ups, killed a great game series

pre-order for Saints Row The Third for switch. i actually dont like the game but im sure will be useful to some. £5 cheaper than elsewhere i've seen so far
XP200

^^Let it go, it ain't happening, and if you are this desperate to play xbox games buy a xbox, it is a hell of a lot cheaper than a Switch. lol

AVguy18

You clearly just don't get it, and you sound like a die-hard mobile gamer. They are completely different markets, try to understand that the current generation of consoles is only Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo. You are constantly comparing a console to mobile devices, the switch is a portable gaming console and a home console hybrid, sure its primarily a handheld console, but you seem to be unable to comprehend that vital fact.

AVguy18

"Measly userbase of 22 million" (lol) good going champ, you really make some amazing statements. Please stop comparing android and mobile devices to a games console, people buy the switch for one thing only - to play games. Seeing as it has the power to handle said games and it has already had titles such as Resident Evil 7 and Assassins Creed Odyssey streamed over it. You keep saying 'lose money', please explain to me how they would lose money when without having the service on switch, they wouldn't be making any from it in the first place. Go ahead, I'll wait.

XP200

22 million sold through in actual peoples hands, 32 million shipped 10 million still sitting on shelves, but regardless, this was a rumor, nothing more, MS GP streaming to mobile devices has already been shown on andriod devices, with nothing else being officially announced from anyone. As for mutually beneficial, why would MS want to give Nintendo a slice of their pie when as i said, they have a almost unlimited Android and similar platforms to use with no pesky competition gaining cash for simply allowing what they can do on other deives for free, it does not make sense, of course, on the otherhand if Nintendo were to allow their franchises onto the Xbox, then i could see that being a incentive for MS to pay Nintendo to allow GP onto the switch, but lets be honest here, out of the two Nintendo will never allow that, and there lies the crux, mutually beneficial has to be a two way street, MS paying Nintendo to allow GP onto the switch is not mutually beneficial as one gains more while giving almost nothing, the scales are not balanced, GP for Switch and Nintendo franchise on Xbox, now it is mutually beneficial........but lets not kid ourselves here, the mobile market is almost unending devices wise, the Switch and its userbase are a tear drop in that ocean, or in simpler terms, do you want to pay someone for a damp cloth while you stand on the beach, or would you rather dive right into the ocean. ;)

silvercondor

In a word, yes! Your argument is highly reductive. For starters, you can pretty much exclude devices with a) small screens and/or b) terrible resolutions, and that are c) based in third-world countries or d) used exclusively for work purposes. Or perhaps most importantly e) used by non-gamers. How many that leaves out of 2 billion I couldn’t tell you. There’s also the question of how people would use their mobile devices. Presumably they’ll be expected to pair a proper controller rather than map 10 buttons, 2 analogue sticks and a d-pad onto a touch display, and even if I’m playing on a high-end tablet with a lovely display, does it have a stand? How does that work on a train if I don’t have a table in front of me? Meanwhile, you’ve got not 22 but 32 million units of a dedicated gaming machine that is, in many cases, going to offer a better user experience than that of an Android phone or tablet. People have written extensively about how it’d be mutually beneficial for both Microsoft and Nintendo. This computer says maybe ;)

fair enough forums are fine if you deal with established members, make sure they have good trading feedback and exchange each others personal details. Never had a problem, mind you forums I use been member 10+ years

Spark

In my case I'm only spending the digital credit that I already have and then I'm done with PlayStation indefinitely. I also don't usually buy things from random people on forums etc. I used to buy the ocasional thing on here when BST was open but even then it was normally more hassle than it was worth tbh.

Will defo look into it!! Yeh you defo need a 4k TV then, I'll get one when I get the Pro!!! I've aimed to play as much as I can, new update with new monster now too!! The more you play if you like it the more addictive it is, so beware (lol)

loopylloyd

Recommend Saints Row The Third if you have not got it.. probably pennies now as well. I need to get a decent 4K TV, got a Pro and an X lol. I will invest. You have smashed it, as not been long! I have done very little, I have not got any weapons yet lol! Looks great so far. Will have to jump on some time and kill a few monsters lol!

UltimatePhoenix

I might have it then :/ I'll have a look, some games I wanna finish on PS3 anyways! I dont play Xbox so not worried about enhances, dont even have 4k yet 😔 Yeh man, alot of hours aint it (lol) What weapon you choose?? I had dual blades first which was good, fast and good DPS, then insect glaive which is really defensive, never got hit, spent alot of time in the air but low damage, now use Charge Blade, very powerful, kills are fast, defensive BUT combos take sometime to get used to and attacks are slow so have a be timed very well!!

loopylloyd

Saints Row The Third is on PS3 and 360 and Bckawards compatible with Xbox One. Get the Full Package I believe DLC is on the disc. Haha 150 hrs already?! I have started it this morning! Only player a few minutes of the start. Looks great

Microsoft are smashing it with BC, I'm pleased they haven't stopped adding, on the 360 they only added a few of the original Xbox games but the work they are doing this time around is brilliant.

oli_1_uk

Got a copy from GAME a few months back for 2 quid but can imagine it shooting up now, definitely get the 360 version over the PS3 one as I found it broken, couldn't get into the weapon wheel so no way of getting/changing weapons and I tried all 3 different button mappings. Definitely one to pick up, I really enjoy the Saint's Row games as they're a lot more fun than the GTA games as they are less serious, mini games are really good too and no phonecalls to go bowling with Roman

Man I feel your pain I’m the same, sometimes I go to play something but end up dicking about looking at the PlayStation Store for another game to add that I won’t probably play for like 2 years (lol) . It’s like you don’t want to leave the games unbought at such good prices. Ended up with just the 6 games from this sale! Took a gamble on Arizona sunshine and it’s a half decent PSVR game for just over a tenner. The only way for me to save money is for you to retire from HUKD

joeydeacon

Ended up buying 16 games from this Flash Sale, I don’t think it’s helpful to me personally stacking all this cheap PCGamesupply credit in advance because I feel compelled to use it when a half decent sale comes along. It’s not affecting me financially or anything, I mean we’re talking $80 worth of credit and I’ve had far more expensive hobbies over the year, but I only have so much time to play games. Sometimes I spend more time looking at these sale lists than I do playing the games.

joeydeacon

It’s a discount from the entire cart contents

omair

I have a 20% off code (Far Cry 5 I think). If I add 3 games to the cart, will the discount be off the entire cart or just the first item?

BubaMan

Left, mid and right formulas are great for picking bits out of text... Find is really good for determining where to start a text formula... =mid(a1,(find("$",a1)+1,100) This would start the text excerpt after the dollar (the +1 means the character after), through to the end (100 characters is overkill but at least you won't miss anything) Trim just removes leading and trailing spaces. Beyond basic text formulas, =vlookup and pivot tables are the most powerful parts of excel - really good for matching and grouping data.

Don’t get me wrong, there were times I wondered just how much I was enjoying SOMA, and it does... er... whatever the opposite of spoon-feeding is! But it all came together really well in the end. It’s really thought-provoking and emotive without being too pretentious about it, and it’s actually quite funny at times, too. Some of the dialogue is just, wow. There’s a bit I’d love to quote here, but no spoilers ;) I immediately went online and started reading more about it once I’d finished. Oh, and it’s easily the scariest thing I’ve ever played :S

copperspock

Lol yup the ME and Yakuza games are also on my list :). Let me know how you find the Prototype games, I'm hoping they've been patched since.

joeydeacon

I’ve got several of those you listed on my unplayed list, certainly the AC games, Mad Max, Sleeping Dogs (for about 18 months) and recent additions from the Asian sales like Mass Effect. Currently playing through Yakuza Kiwami and enjoying the fact it’s quite linear and not remotely open world. From the flash sale I opted for Guardians of The Galaxy Complete season, Prototype 1 & 2 bundle, Knowledge is Power, Killzone Shadowfall, WRC 5, Overlord Fellowship of Evil, Dead Synchronicity and Kyurinaga’s Revenge

copperspock

Yeah this. I had a pile of games, literally 42 games mostly PS3.. MM offered pennies for most of them, I reckon there was no more than £15 in what they would give maybe less.. sold them as a joblot on eBay for £60. Yeah they have good deals with RM etc.. even sending items to them is free... Like CeX for selling items, although I believe CeX take the mick as £1.50 per item is overkill, combined shipping is cheaper and also they obviously have contracts too with the delivery companies.
