Not true at all pubg came a fortnite later 💣💣

Not my fault fortnite came first 💣💣

Waiting for free

Something a 7 year old would say (lol)

It’s a good game, let down by bad player movement and bad loot/weapon system. The maps and overall environments are quite moody and unique though. I still like a game every now and then, but after cod and bf it feels too clunky these days.

NOT JUST A GAME. THIS IS BATTLE ROYALE. From the makers of the best-selling PC phenomenon, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds drops players into a competitive survival battle where you… Read more

Yeah but they've cut out the disc (primarily plastic). So still better than disc games, environmentally.

Yeah, it's stupid but you can't store them next to the rest of the games.. they do sell just codes on voucher cards but I don't think they sold as well..

It has been online since day 1...also in store you can still sell codes, don't need the plastic box

Sooo janky.

Still clunky and sometimes infuriating, but no other game like it. Hands down the best battle royale for many people, but an extreme learning curve alongside a great social experience when playing with friends. It's on GamePass, and has been for ages but for two quid who really cares either way.

Warzone is much easier sell, of course, because of name recognition, preexisting COD community and the fact that Activision knows exactly how to market a COD game because they've done it consistently for about 14 years now. But yes, they've done well at finding their exact niche in that space.

Warzone has it right, as a mix of the two. The realism and war based stuff from PUBG, but with the skins and events from Fortnite. Plus the lovely physics and movement of the MW engine. We'll have to see what the new BF6 BR is like as well.

Bought this and state of decay 2! Absolute bargain

I think my venture in to fortnite was worse. I ran around for a bit (which seems to be somewhat of a theme with me..). I figured out how to build one single wall then got killed while I was admiring my "work" ..

There's also the problem that the game just doesn't have any real character to it. Aside from Free To Play, Fortnite introduced an element of theatricality to the genre, whereas the DNA of PUBG still lies in that sort of eastern-european DayZ realist thing that was popular a few years back. It's just hard to market a game like that, especially when their direct competition is constantly throwing out colourful characters and getting attention-grabbing headlines with weird meta-plots and ingame events. I think that by avoiding Free-To-Play they were hoping they would seem like the 'premium' version of the product, but they've just ended up looking like the lesser version.

Heat for pubg

Heat from me but Tales of Symphonia on the NGC will always be the stand out title for me.

Vesperia is an absolute gem of a game, highly recommend it.

Awesome deal. I'm guessing this dropped in price because its now on Gamepass.
