However I can't imagine its high on Ubisofts priorities tbh.

Stick of Truth is being released as a standalone, it's up for purchase on numerous sites, so I'd get it redeemed ASAP

I think, although not sure, that the expiration is on the back of the case.

Case? Ahh yes, the thing I casually discard into a box in the spare room before placing the disc in its new home - the ever-bulging Backlog of Doom disc wallet.

Upon reading the box (something I haven't done since the N64) you are indeed right mate so it could expire any moment. However I can't imagine its high on Ubisofts priorities tbh. If I hadn't already bought it, I'd continue to gamble it'll work until SoT is officially released separately.

I know the feeling, I have collected way more games than I have played. A lot through Humble Bundle over past years.
Im very good at starting games and then moving to the next.
Back when I was younger and I could only afford one game a month was probably good, as I would finish them.

Will grab the bundle for Wastelands for sure seen as though I saw it at £30

I am tempted with the bottom tier of humble bundle due to the nice selection of RPG's for sure , I have wasteland already so I might just pass on the upper tiers.

Only played around an hour or so, but the feeling of micromanaging all that loot is what annoys me the most. It it makes me wonder if I should repurchase on PC for an easier time with loot!?I know memory plays a part, but it’s same with other games and loot. Especially the ones like Fallout 4 where ya start walking slow! Just wish bag space wasn’t a limit in games. I am bad at hoarding, it’s why I rarely use scrolls and potions as never want to use them up.I do however love, gaining better loot and randomness of drops etc. I guess I miss the buzz I got many years ago playing Wow for the first time (loot wise)Loved the old games like Warlords, breath of fire and if course Final Fantasy 7,8 and 9.May have to look back at the PC games to get a fi

Survival on Normal demands that you win THIRTY consecutive rounds, and the AI will often choose to destroy you in Round 30. Not fun. There are also the Trials, which require a ludicrous amount of finger-based dexterity for paltry rewards. The Missions are fairly generous but don’t update often. And fighting online earns you scraps.Nonsense. And the shame is: behind all that crap, it’s a brilliant game.

Had to Google the ways in which Fight Money could be built up quickly and those what you stated are the only way - but 20 mins sitting there pressing X to skip the demostrations, play pathetic character story modes, downloading 8GB General story I just thought this isnt fun which last I recall is what gaming used to be about and switched it off

Only to find half the characters are available via PS Store and in-game virtual currency (Fight Money) takes ages to build up. EA leading the pack in microtransactions - apparently 38% of their revenue is now earnt from this, beating Blizzard (WoW) & UbiSoft. I understand the need and necessity now as Pandoras box has been opened but what should be an add on to a game has become the standard and mandatory to actually pay to play now. Its enough to make me want to retire from gaming for good, start my own bloody company or become a politician to ban this bloody practise.

How much of a leap over the 'first' one is this?

I completed and adored both. More mission variety in terms of level design and countdown missions mean more aggressive tactics needed than hunkering on some missions. Took over my life when had it. Bargain price
I'm only a little way in to playing it and I'm really impressed so far. The Xcom series has to be one of my favourites right from the very original UFO enemy unknown.
How much of a leap over the 'first' one is this?
This is a great price, however the DLC adds so much to the game so if you can I'd buy the deluxe edition plus the expansion War of the Chosen and play it like that, that's what I did recently and it was worth every penny. For £38 I got nearly 90 hours out of it, and after finishing it and seeing what all the DLC added I would have regretted not getting it.
Tried to click hot with an 80% chance of registering but all 3 three attempts missed.

But it wouldn't be Xcom without it

I think its overrated and in terms of a strategy and tactical fix xenonauts blows it into the weeds.
However, its far Superior to its predecessor and actually really good fun. Well worth a tenner. Infact its worth a tenner just for the moment the most suprising alien turns up! (early in the game, it then gets silly with what feels like a random alien generator)

I came across no bugs and the timed missions are fun once your squad is up to scratch.
Plenty of mods available to turn off mission timers if they don't suit your gameplay style.
Easily worth ~£10.
