Funny how they handed out new keys after they got told it was being discussed on a very popular forum

They gave me a new code after I provided the screen shots

Any reason why you didn't use Kinguin?

Hmmmmmmm this does not seem good.... I hate it when you get a good outcome after hassling them as there is a bigger risk they will rip off less persevering folk...

This is probably the best port of a PC game to Android - ever. 2K China did an amazing job reproducing the PC game + DLC on a mobile format with barely any concessions. It ran just fine on my Galaxy Tab S2 almost three years ago so should be fine on most modern mid/premium devices. Edit - one word of warning is that I'm not sure how well it is supported these days. Last update was Oct 2017 and it seems that reviews mentioning crashes have become more frequent in the last few months. It used to run perfectly so hopefully not an issue.

TheSpartan

Without a doubt one of the best games I've played on Android, it's a superb port of the PC version and will keep you going for hours at a time.

Illusionary

Ah, excellent, I've been waiting for this! I'd have spotted it this when checking this morning, but thanks for the heads-up. Sadly my rewards balance isn't enough right now to cover it, but a couple of pounds on credit card won't do any great harm.

[–]indiegIndieGala 159 points 1 year ago* Hi everyone, As you may all know, we experimented with G2A Pay since earlier this year and it is now over 24 hours ago that it has been removed as a credit card processor from IndieGala. An agreement we made with G2A solely for the benefit of our users was violated and we took immediate action to prevent anybody from becoming affected. For those of you who are unclear about the rationale and timeline involved in these decisions, we'd like to share a brief rundown. We opted for G2A Pay because of its competitive fees that would allow us to create even better game deals for our userbase. Our agreement with G2A was that their payment processor should work exactly as our former. The only exception was that they would bring in even more payment options on top of competitive fees. We made a public statement when users voiced their concern about the switch to G2A Pay. Of course, we meant every word. At the beginning, G2A reassured us that no mandatory or automatic registration to G2A Shield was on. Before going live we did tests and confirmed this. Thanks to feedback from a few users and the GameDeals mods, yesterday morning we discovered that G2A had switched G2A Shield registration to default to "ON" whereas initially it always defaulted to "OFF". When we discovered this we immediately removed G2A Pay as our payment processor and reverted to our former. TL;DR - We experimented with G2A Pay only for the benefit of our users and the possibility to create increasingly awesome deals for them. Once we discovered that our agreement had been violated and that it could harm our users, we eliminated it immediately. We have no plans of enabling G2A Pay again especially in the event that G2A does not clarify its position to us, and thus to our users, ensuring that malicious activity will never be encountered during transactions. This was a real betrayal of our efforts towards our community. We apologize to the few of you who may have been affected and please reach out to us for support if necessary. EDIT: Update We have spoken with G2A and have concluded on the G2A Shield auto opt-in incident. G2A reported that the whole problem was caused by an IT error – they were testing a new checkout and unfortunately there were some technical issues. G2A Shield was supposed to be disabled on this checkout as it was initially, but due to an error, it ended up being enabled. We want to assure all of you that NO ONE will be charged for G2A Shield. G2A is currently deactivating every Shield that was turned on in our store. Additionally, everyone who was affected by this issue will get a surprise game emailed to them as a small token of apology. This is a link to the G2A Pay's comment. Thanks, IndieGala Team

xavk

I got this last night from here and I can confirm that it includes all DLC available in Steam today including Shen's Last Gift, Alien Hunters or Anarchy's Children. I dont appear to have been signed up for G2A pay (at least not yet).

Bob_Green

Wouldn't trust this site after it automatically signed customers up for G2A pay when they made a purchase. Dodgy at the least without letting people know. Be aware. reddit.com/r/GameDeals/comments/5x5rny/psa_check_your_email_to_see_if_you_were_signed_up/

Cheapest I've personally seen it, can get an additional -5% off via the usual code. Still a bit high for me to bite, but hopefully worth it for some others out there.
reddragon105

It's listed at 40% off, which makes it £20.99, but then an extra discount gets applied when you add it to basket, because that's how GMG likes to do things these days, I guess. To add to the confusion, the hidden extra discount was higher for the first 24 hours, making it £15.75 yesterday, but now that that's over it's still available at £17.22.

Terreneflame

Yeah just style things, no levels- would break the game if that carried over :)

slipd

Cool, no I've not saved anything - I'm guessing that's just the character designs then? Hair style, colour of skin etc? If their leveling isn't carried over I'll start a fresh (y)

Terreneflame

This is an expansion, not a new game unlike enemy unknown/within I am afraid. no carry over troops, the story is woven into the basic campaign- it will use your “pool” of designed characters if you have been saving them though, just like a new game of the base xcom would :)

slipd

Great price! PC user though, anyone found any decent prices on that platform? Also, I completed the base game last night and removed it soon after. Will I have to reinstall? Fairly sure I didn't have to with the first game and its expansion. Does this expansion feed from anything you did in the base game? Do your soldiers carry over etc?

Terreneflame

I know the feeling, I have collected way more games than I have played. A lot through Humble Bundle over past years. Im very good at starting games and then moving to the next. Back when I was younger and I could only afford one game a month was probably good, as I would finish them. Will grab the bundle for Wastelands for sure seen as though I saw it at £30

bigmike20vt

wasteland 2 is fantastic...... i have all the shadowrun games but not tried them yet, they are in my (very long) list of untouched games ;)

Just.Wondering

Indeed a good selection RPG's for sure , I have been playing Titan quest anniversary edition this evening , great game . I am tempted with the bottom tier of humble bundle due to the nice selection of RPG's for sure , I have wasteland already so I might just pass on the upper tiers.

Jawz

Just got an email with this offer from Humble Bundle which is just in line as was looking earlier today at Wastelands 2 https://www.humblebundle.com/games/classics-return-bundle?hmb_source=humble_home&hmb_medium=product_tile&hmb_campaign=mosaic_section_1_layout_index_1_layout_type_twos_tile_index_2 Might even try my steam box that I bought around 8months ago and never opened yet.

Just.Wondering

I tend to play these types of games on PC , the controller support for Divinity enhanced and for Divinity 2 are excellent and rarely do I touch the keyboard when playing either of them , bag space seems unlimited for these 2 games though which is nice too , but , loot management can be a pain for sure , I even tend to hoard my upgrade points until I need to use them. I purchased Grim Dawn yesterday via GOG Russia for around £1.70 ish , great game , excellent action RPG for sure. WoW as sure was a classic , I have pondered going back from time to time , but a monthly sub does put me off , plus I imagine the game has not moved on massively in the past 6 years or so in terms of graphics and gameplay.

Had to Google the ways in which Fight Money could be built up quickly and those what you stated are the only way - but 20 mins sitting there pressing X to skip the demostrations, play pathetic character story modes, downloading 8GB General story I just thought this isnt fun which last I recall is what gaming used to be about and switched it off

silvercondor

Two years later ;) Yeah, the SFV thing is ridiculous. You can earn Fight Money pretty quickly by: - playing each character’s brief story mode - completing Survival on Easy - watching the demo videos for each character Doing so bagged me enough for three characters, but there are 12 in S1+S2 - and more on the way. Beyond that it’s just insane. Survival on Normal demands that you win THIRTY consecutive rounds, and the AI will often choose to destroy you in Round 30. Not fun. There are also the Trials, which require a ludicrous amount of finger-based dexterity for paltry rewards. The Missions are fairly generous but don’t update often. And fighting online earns you scraps. Nonsense. And the shame is: behind all that crap, it’s a brilliant game.

captainjack

They broke me when Forza 3 got enhanced for Xbox One X - little one demanded the add-on Hot Wheels & the Winter pack or something (Winter is here!) during Xmas sale (£30 normally and both packs reduced to £8). Would have resisted but held a Nerf Gun to my head. I literally had no choice...

joeydeacon

Am I the only person not to have actively purchases any DLC of any kind whatsoever?

captainjack

These bloody microtransactions are akin to stealth tax - Put in SF5 into the machine 3 years after I bought it (my backlog catalogue is ridicolous) after hearing Blanka was finally coming to the game - 3 YEARS LATER! Only to find half the characters are available via PS Store and in-game virtual currency (Fight Money) takes ages to build up. EA leading the pack in microtransactions - apparently 38% of their revenue is now earnt from this, beating Blizzard (WoW) & UbiSoft. I understand the need and necessity now as Pandoras box has been opened but what should be an add on to a game has become the standard and mandatory to actually pay to play now. Its enough to make me want to retire from gaming for good, start my own bloody company or become a politician to ban this bloody practise.

That is a really tricky question. There are some parts the same and some parts different. I feel I have got a new game with wotc so I would complete the original and then later on after a break complete the expansion pack to get full value.

r4t

War Of The Chosen is much easier than LW2, I love both of them but I know some people don't like expansion (and still prefer to play LW2) You can go straight for War Of The Chosen (they kinda integrated it into vanilla storyline) but it is more difficult than vanilla.

Is War of the chosen different from vanilla ? Should I play vanilla first and then War of the chosen or go straight for War of the chosen?
