Thanks op for expiring the deal.

Maybe a good deal but an immoral one, These friendly intelligent animals being used and abused for money, quite often slaughtered because there not quick enough, The sooner they all go bankrupt the better.

Couldn't agree more! I have 5 retired greyhounds as pets and I help run a greyhound rescue. I am not going to get on my soap box, but if people knew half of went on behind the scenes, I am sure they would not find a night at the dogs as appealing.

you can't buy a 22" screen that is capable of natively displaying 1080p. The screens not big enough :giggle:
Erm, you obviously aren't aware that 15" 1200p (1920 x 1200) screens have been available on laptops since the early 2000s...

The thing is, they make these 1080p 22 inch mini TVs BUT, how many people are actually ever going to feed a Full HD signal through them? - who in their right mind is going to hook up a Blu Ray player to a 22" screen to watch a movie? - Or even have a Sky 1080i HD box feeding it instead of their main TV?

I have a 1080P 17 inch screen which I used to watch Sky HD (transmitted wirelessly) and Blu Ray films. Laugh all you want but the 17 inch screen is part of my laptop which is used as a bedroom media centre. Maybe JustifiedAncient is using the TV as a bedroom TV. Maybe it's worth passing judgement later rather the immediate curt responses.
cowkiller;8982281
i believe he's implying that 1080p is a bit overkill for a screen that size, and he's probably got a point as you'd have to be sat pretty close to pick up on the extra detail over 720p.

i suppose his one saving grace is that at least he's not arrogant enough to claim no such screen could exist.

good price so voted hot, but I was really disappointed by this album compared to their previous two :|

I thought the first album had some very good songs but was a bit patchy. The second album was a complete disaster for me. This 3rd album is by far the best they have done.

They have taken on a new direction and I think his voice works better with a more electronic sound. This album is up there in my top 5 of 2009.

It is funny how two people can see a band so differently! :-D
I love this site. I was going to buy this online today having listened to it several times for free on spotify ("The Boxer" is simply brilliant) - and this is as cheap as the best download price. Thanks janner66!
Going to see them tonight, I think they're brilliant. Haven't heard the new album yet though as my ipod is broken.

I took the stance that if you are already on BT Option 2 then this is a way to get 12 months of it for free! But people dont look at it like that and I miss titled it to be fair... should be:

Are you on BT Option 2? If so get 12months FREE here ->

Anyone thinking of moving ISP should read THIS plenty of advice and recommendations from genuine punters.
Thanks for the info and original post guys :)

Welcome to HotUKDeals new puj and DrDick :pirate:
I've just called ntl about my broadband service, I've have had a couple of 3 month £9.99 deals for 2mb which have just rum out. They've just offered £9.99 for 12 months for the 2mb! I only waited on the line for about 5 mins as well!
BristolDeal
That's incredibly low. :?

If you're just browsing and emailing then 3GB is not a problem - this was the OP's requirement.
And, like Orange, unless you go totally mad, Virgin will not complain if you go over this cap.

I pay 9.99 p/m with AOL with no-tie in, uncapped 1Mb but i have been a customer for about 15 months now... (and b4 people start flaming aol, i have had 100% uptime and good speeds ;-)

Yup, AOL generally OK. Tech support great if you get through to Ireland, but other callcentres seem to have a more 'scripted' approach. TS was free until about a year ago, now 0870 number.

AOL recently bought out by Carphone Warehouse (at least in UK) and have released new T&Cs, which imply that there MAY be download caps in future, but are not specific.

Change in T&Cs does release you from their existing contract if you wish, but who knows whether they want to leave without knowing what the caps might be??? As yet, unpublished.....:-(
