Thx so much OP .
My printed voucher is not clear and can't see terms and condition.
How can I get good clear voucher .
The print from # 20 should be as clear as the original voucher - Try using "landscape" mode (Usually under "Orientation" or similar on your printer's menu) - or the essential barcode will be missing
It's all about the barcode - If it scans first time they will probably accept it - from whatever source
If not use a friend's printer or your local libraryIf your local Lidl accepts a printed voucher then this will be acceptable

I understand why jimmybo's posted the image but if it isn't working try link on post #15

Log in with 2 tabs open. 1 for each booking for 4. They do have some 3 bed vans that could be 8 birth? I think there is a timed window of 15 or 30 mins for you to compleat booking, but as long as you got an avalible booking open on each browser tab ready to confirm, you should be good to go. You could always use 2 devices at the same time if avalible to you and make bookings that way. Doubt you will get van together however phone them after booking to see what they can do.
after a bit of help, I've put in for 8 people, and got the site and date I want, but it says 1 standard unit for accommodation. How can I change it to make sure I have two caravans?

or do I have to book it for 4 people, then risk another booking being available again for 4 people?
Just checked again and it works! Thanks

Funny that some actually still believe Governments... be it left or right wing are on the side of the people ;)
Uncle Rupert must be hurting a lot by now, since paper media is dying anyways and he seems desperate for more mugs who pay to read the right wing **** propaganda.

ANy idea how much they are making on the online subscriptions? Even that must be down by now. (hopefully).

Cant wait for this scum to die out and never recover, but alas, even the bankers on their morning commute read "The Sun". What can Britain expect at those levels?
Can you cancel anytime in the last month, as long as there are more than 15 days to go?

These companies always try to catch you out.

Cold... comical right wing lies and spin

Cold - just for their non-reaction to the Hillsborough inquest

Lot of ill-informed idiots on here who won't let the facts get in the way of their left-wing prejudices. Re the last quote above, the paper did in fact cover the inquest verdict quite extensively. Their second edition of the day after the verdict splashed it over the front page, and there were many articles covering the inquest before the verdict and about the verdict and it's consequences. The Times is not The Sun, even if it is owned by the same group.

Ok cool, so is that a normal my waitrose card? Or a special one for 10% off shopping? Can we not load up x48 cans, newspaper, magazine and coffee in one day?

Normal my waitrose card that I've had for years and a paper 10% discount card that they recently sent me to use with it

I could stock up with multiple packs all at once but I'm happy getting a couple a day for the lowest price possible when combined with free mag/paper/coffee.

I've still got about 100 cans of coke zero from when they were 1p in Tesco last year and I'm getting free 1.75l bottles of coke zero from Asda/Sainsburys right now so don't really want to waste too much money on topping up my can stash

If I look at this and think the sun is a bag of **** that I wouldn't pay 10p for is it OK for me to vote cold?? It seems people moan on here about cold voters on what they deem to be a hot deal. Obviously you are the ones in the wrong as this is voting cold so obviously not the best deal.
Its quite simple. The Sun is sold in very many outlets. Many people buy it. Tesco's had it at a very competitive price, you would be hard pushed to find it anywhere else at a similar or lower price. That makes it a good deal for those that want it. By voting cold simply because of prejudice does not change the fact that it is probably the best deal.

Um.....what sort of vegetable is a fish, exactly?
Pescatarian's eat fish but not meat/ chicken Wally!
"pescatarians" (minus the apostrophe, 'wally'), is a fictitious term dreamt up by those who can't face the fact they still eat meat so need to invent a term that still makes them sound like they have the moral high ground. They're meat eaters who only eat fish. To help you out a bit : a fish...is not a vegetable. It's a living, breathing animal. It therefore comes under the category of "meat". And no amount of fictitious terminology (yes, I know it has a little google entry. So does "Michael Jackson still alive") is actually going to alter this fact.

Cool story.

However, we filter the oil in all our vats to ensure it is kept in good condition and during this filtration process there is a possibility that tiny traces of oil that has been used to cook other productssuch as our coated chicken may come into contact with the oil used to cook our fish. Beef and pork products are cooked on the grill rather than in the vats so are not affected by this process.
Real shame! with so many Muslims making up large parts of the population of many towns and cities in the UK, i would have thought McDonalds would have facilities to cook fish in totally SEPERATE oil, free of contamination.
Large companies such as McDonalds, Tesco and the like should really do more to provide Halal alternatives in towns/cities with large asian/Muslim communities.
erm no they dont. mcdonalds are a business and even though i would love to eat there fish filets im not bothered that i cant eat there. i dont expect them them to to fry the foods separate just for me. its up to them if they want to cater for a wider audience. tell me, how many Asian establishments do any kind of filtration to there oils and cater for other ethnic groups? some Muslim owned establishments don't even serve halal food so how can you expect McDonalds to?

If you eat fish but you don't eat meat or chicken, your fish will not be "tainted". [/quote

Does anyone know. - does the tablet edition include access to the cryptic crossword, Sudoku & Saturday pub quiz? Ordinary website doesn't.
We cancelled our newspaper subscription cos during the week we threw it out unread as often as not. But hubby really misses those 3 important things, this could make an extra Xmas treat for him?

I think the puzzles and crosswords are included
Anyway, hang on - Howe do you get the offer? Link just goes to full price subscriptions

the latest (another) fake sun story to scare you about europe, immigration refugees & terrorism
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

We're being bombarded with a LOT of mis-informed Press everywhere it appears .....
Not if I'd taken the "Curry Hell" challenge at the Rupali Restaurent, Bigg Market, Newcastle, followed by an allnighter setting fire to my [email protected] only to find the next morning that I'm completely out of baby wipes and bog roll and this "newspaper" was my only hope of relief. Other than that - nice find.
Stick it where the sun doesn't shine. Pun intended ;)
Gives our nearest star (and us astronomers) a bad name :{

Yesterday a £10 off £50 voucher in The Daily Mail reached 670 deg. As I write, the same voucher (it seems) in The Sun (which costs 20p less than The Daily Mail) is sitting at -25 deg.
What does this tell us about voters on HUKD?
They hate the Sun and rightly so.
What's to like about the Daily Mail?

Needs updating with more recent plaudits, but Wikipedia notes that:

The Daily Mail has been awarded the National Newspaper of the Year in 1995, 1996, 1998, 2001, 2003 and 2012 by the British Press Awards

Daily Mail journalists have won a range of British Press Awards, including:

"Campaign of the Year" (Murder of Stephen Lawrence, 2012)
"Website of the Year" (Mail Online, 2012)
"News Team of the Year" (Daily Mail, 2012)
"Critic of the Year" (Quentin Letts, 2010)
"Political Journalist of the Year" (Quentin Letts, 2009)
"Specialist Journalist of the Year" (Stephen Wright, 2009)
"Showbiz Reporter of the Year" (Benn Todd, 2012)
"Feature Writer of the Year - Popular" (David Jones, 2012)
"Columnist of the Year - Popular" (Craig Brown, 2012)

Other awards include:

"Orwell Prize" (Toby Harnden, 2012)
"Hugh Cudlipp Award" (2012; Stephen Wright/Richard Pendlebury, 2009; 2007)

:D:p
It's not in the northern Ireland edition of the sun. Definitely not on page 45 anyway.

Someone who works there said on the other thread. That they have vouchers at the till and will put through for you regardless
Anyone actually confirmed this? A single employee going against the rules of the promo isn't convincing. I used the DM one yesterday and the checkout girl happily took my voucher, and would have put it through at full price had I not remembered.
I work at Lidl, and if it comes over £50, I'll ask if they have the voucher otherwise we can just put one through that we've had previously.

You know you can always tear out the voucher and throw the paper away? :p

Obviously it depends on your preference of newspaper and how often you go to the cinema, but the Times offer is better (for me), 2 half price tickets every weekend at Odeon. I means my wife and I can go 4 times a month (~£40 for £80-value of tickets) compared to ~£60 for the same in this offer (plus the sub).
Good deal but Guardian are basically The Sun for the left wing, find their lack of reason approaching issues as stupid even if the writing is better.
The best thing in The Guardian are the readers comments.

It took huge guts (and legal resources) to publish the snowden files.
For a newspaper to responsibly publish the most closely-kept state secrets of 5 of the most powerful countries in the world - is unbelievable. We'll never see the internet or our mobile phones in the same way again.
Even if some of the journalism in the guardian is trite - or just plain sh*te - in the scheme of things, they do some really important (and complicated) digging, take some big risks, ask difficult questions and speak truth to power in a way few newspapers dare to.
Well worth £11.99 a month, IMO.
Totally agree, they also had to go against Newscorp and all the other powerful media outlets to get this published. Rest of our media are cowards compared to The Guardian.

Good prompt. They offered me that earlier this year. Only downside is that they said they only offer that ONCE, ie having had the 3m trial and now the 3m discounted period, that's likely to be their last offer before insisting on full price, and even actually cancelling won't get a counter offer from them.
Do make sure to cancel before the full-price period begins (from memory you have to do it something like at least 2 weeks before) AND watch out for them taking a month's sub anyway. That happened to me and I had to phone to claim a refund. Their excuse was that I cancelled the day the payment run ran!
Not sure how soon one can sign up afresh for a fresh 3m trial. (With the FT you have to wait a year between 1m trials.)
Phoned them to cancel after another 3 months. After a few minutes of chit chat they offered another 3 months at half price on a different subscription (Mon-Fri instead of Mon-Sat) as they couldn't extend the same deal for another 3 months.
Still find it strange why people pay good money to read yesterdays news ? Good deal if you want to be 24 hours behind ;)

Worth a £1 for three issues and it is letting me order it. Mind you I used to be a subscriber a few years ago but found its content deteriorated so I cancelled. The same free gift it appears, average quality tools but you cannot complain if free.

After several emails they have now agreed to refund me - but it has not been easy !
