I want one of these, the reviews are worrying though. The fragile plastic seems to be a common theme.

i use mine most days in the gym, sauna and when driving around (i spend a lot of time in the car). I like the bottle.. It feels strong. I always drop some ice cubes in it too as the opening is large.

I actually have one of these, had it for around a year now and it has served me well, been dropped a couple times on gym floor and hasn't cracked.

At 1500W, does the rear tyre not slip? With my current set up, anything above the difficulty 4/5 causes the tyre to slip all the time.

Love my 1st generation one. Stopped using floss and teepee brushes and my dentist and hygienist have been more than happy. Spent less time and money on appointments and had less plaque since using it. YMMV.
Much better to use a tepe brush. These are expensive and poor at doing their job.
Fo3
Better at improving gum health, far worse at removing tooth plaque.

How so? I have been recommended one of these by my dentist after having a brace fitted. Are they not as effective as conventional flossing?
How much better than the first generation is it?
How long do the heads last?

Anybody interested in adjustable dumbells that will last a long time should look into Powerblocks. The urethane powerblocks also have (last time I checked) a limited lifetime warranty.

Could actually get 2 years gym membership at my gym for that price!
what if you have anxiety problems and would rather work out at home ? then would the weights be a better deal than the gym ?
No because you're paying more than £7 a kilo. That's horrendous value.
£1 per kilo of iron is a good deal. This really isn't.
Maybe if you're after that specific design it is, but i don't even understand why these types of weights exist.
I don't own these but they exist for people who need a range of weights but who have very little space.
I can think of at least 5 different exercises I do at the gym with free weights that requires different weighted dumbbells. Granted these aren't cheap, but it's horses for courses.
To be fair if you've got enough room for these then you've got enough space to pile up a number of normal cast iron weights.
These take up a lot less space than multiple dumbbells?
I'd need at least 4 sets and that would only do me for a couple of months until I'd want to go up in weight.

I think you may have misunderstood what i meant.

I mean buy some dumbbell bars and some cast iron plates in various weights, then you make up whatever weighed dumbbells you need.I don't mean buying a load of set weighted dumbbells like you get on a rack at the gym.

Also you then aren't restricted to the 32.5kg that these are each.

Anyway each to their own and all that, but for me the space isn't a problem so normal weights suit me just fine.

don't agree at all. if you had to pile up 64kg or close to it of weights that would take up a fair bit of room. I've had the bowflex 1090's and they were great if a bit overpriced but they took up so little room compared to cast iron weights.
Vertically maybe, but the footprint won't be much different.
footprint will be different unless you leave all the weights on all the time
if having the same footprint then you are either using a rack or having a stack of different sizes you need to fiddle through and with to change about etc
id not pay this for them but can see the attraction and how its not so bad to pay for

And one looks tidy whereas the other is a mess....I've tried it mate. There's no comparison. However if you have the room and can afford it get a full set, or go for bowflex 1090s.

Buy these, Or do yourself, the planet and your wallet/purse a favour and start using rechrgeable batteries.
Lidl do an intelligent charger for about £15 and packs of 4 AA or AAA for £3 can recharge them 1000 times.
Even if you only recharge them 500 times, think of the savings over the next 5 Years. Especially if yolu have children with power hungry gadgets/toys lol
We bought rechargeable batteries from lidl with the charger before Xmas to save money and bought extra batteries to cover ourselves
What a mistake and waste of time
Charger smells of hot plastic when charging
At least half the batteries won't fully charge
The ones that do are no good with kids toys
Probably only just good enough for a TV remote
Like your idea of rechargeable batteries but avoid cheap ones from lidl
I'd return the lot but no receipt
I am really surprised we have 3 of them in the family and loads of the batteries and 99% of the batteries are still going after over a 100 charges. If you bought them just before Xmas phone Lidl Customer services 0800 977 7766* / 0370 444 1234 and explain to them what the problem is, the charger will have a code number on it that has a date included in it, so they can tell that it is still covered by the 3 YEAR warranty. You must have been unlucky and got a duff/faulty charger which is why the batterys are not charging properly. Lidl sell/sold 2 types of rechargeable batteries its the ECO ones that are the best, same price as the other kind (which I think they no longer sell) but the ECO are as good as most of the Big brand name ones. Seriously Lidl Customer Services are very good.

Adidas are the worst company I've ever dealt with online. Service is absolutely shocking.
Good deal though, fingers crossed you don't have any issues.
Why? Ordered from them more than ten times as well as occasionally return/refund, no problem at all. May be delivery from Germany take an extra one or two days but the turn address now is in UK so return process is quite prompt now.

Just wait until you have an issue which requires dealing with their 'customer support' team. Slow to respond, ignore messages, unhelpful and generally slack. Their online operation is so shoddy it's unreal.

Absolutely. I'm amazed at how many people are still buying crappy old alkaline batteries like it's 1985. Eneloops are simply brilliant.
It's zinc carbon that need to be banned. They're landfill even when they're in the packet.

I'm not even going to attempt to read that wall text missing punctuation and basic grammar. Captial letters are just a key stroke away.
Here's some data for you: 28,600 posts, which means you have to have a little say about everything. Get a job or a hobby.
oh first i was 'boring' for using your own argument
then a lack of a dot or 2 renders the further info too difficult to refute
and if capital letters are only a keystroke away then why didn't you capitalise your own name? low self esteem?
also 28600 posts doesn't mean a little about everything, it just means 28600 posts with an undisclosed distribution unless you need to stalk further to try and make at least one valid factual point in this thread?
thanks for the advice re: a job and hobby,
but before you call my mother fat i'll nip in there and say that she is certainly within healthy bmi range so save your breath
English please.
you may wish to look at your own sentence construction before replying with 'English please.'
still... you dont have any other points so by all means hypocritically whine about my grammar to cover your inadequacies
I just had a quick look at your post history. Nothing but whining. Whining about search feature being useless, whining about infractions, whining about faulty links in the HUKD site. Call it "stalking" if it makes you feel better.
I think you just come here to vent your frustrations. I'll stick to offering advice on subjects that I am familiar with.
so... in fact you dont have any points about this thread and your sole contribution is to stalk me? awesome work fella
but why not get a job or a hobby instead? :{
anyway, as you have nothing to add i dont think i need to bother proving you wrong again - toodle pip.

Ah thanks DJDUNK that explains the low cost. Still worth while for the training material rather than the certification.
Worth noting that this was withdrawn at the end of March and replaced with "MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure".

Would be better without white foam soles. Call me cynical but I think all the trainer manufacturers have pushed white soles the past few years as they know today's image obsessed social media picture perfect kids will buy a new pair every time the sole stops being perfectly white!

Are these any good for jogging on hard surfaces like pavements?

Probably be ok if you don't need too much support, but I would probably go for a proper running shoe. I have the Duramo 7. A little more expensive and limited sizes left, but they have been good for me http://www.adidas.co.uk/duramo-7-shoes/BA7384.html

2kg for under £25 is not a good offer... I usually get 5kg for around £30 from other companies.
Do you know any of those companies that got it for that price right now? I need some whey and I never seem to find those prices

You can get very good training mats from Sportsdirect for £8.75, which is also rollable not reversible though but nice and thick. I've had one for a couple of years and use it at least once a week and it is still going strong. http://www.sportsdirect.com/lonsdale-fitness-mat-761108?colcode=76110803
Seems to me like you are paying over the odd for the brand.
There are also some good deal for exercise mat in TK Maxx as mentioned by loveextasy but it can be hit and miss whether they have any available in there.
What does it do?
Bought one from tkmaxx for £13.99...

Not sure why the negs this **** is great for getting the calories in easily!
Get to da choppa!!!
Try a nutri-bullet and a dozen snicker bars.....
recon they must be similar carb to protein ratio!!! :p
I use 2 regular size scoops (roughly half of the bucket they supply) of this stuff and it works just as well, good to have the carbs after a workout as well as the protein anyway, Only bought it because it was something like £25 for 5.4kg...couldn't say no at that price.
very good price!!!!

Bit late, but its live on youtube as well: Your text here
I'm not a Celtic fan but if I was in the area & was stuck for something to do with kids, I'd take them.

I guess a lot of the replies are from armchair plastic fans who only know of football via Sky, and it's plastic hype machine
Voted cold because Celtic :p

Cold x100 Stupid deal.
Eat less, exercise more. Simple really and makes all diets redundant, and save money too.
I second furiousjammin comment.

I took half the dosage of the original grenade and had some serious side effects such as pounding heart and a numb arm and tongue. a friend takes them and occasionally has a pounding heart but he refuses to stop haha.

Stay away!
My brother in law gave me some to try last year. Took one and my heart was pumping out my chest Alien style. Never again.
Who writes this rubbish?

When you try to solve a complex problem like getting rid of unsightly body fat, you can’t just come at it from just one angle. The body constantly adapts to changes in one or two metabolic pathways. So you have to consider all of the angles. That’s what the Grenade research team has done with Black Ops. With ingredients such as chromiun, blue green algae and theobroma cacao, Grenade Black Ops influences virtually all weight loss pathways in the body.

super-cold.

I was about to question how much you can bench then realised the 150 included the lifter ;)
valid point - 70kg for me. That's why it's probably best to go with an olympic bench but they're quite costly.
But they require so much more space there is no comparison really.
For anyone who can push more than 70kg, the gym is the way to go anyway.
For most people, though, 70kg will be more than enough.

Agreed! i've got an olympic bench it's much more sturdy!

Then do squats and see who your friends are. (_;)

Look nice but not for me. I can't grip much for a few mins before the arthritis pain starts. Currently trying kettle bells because they naturally self center so I don't need to grip them hard for a few things, instead letting them rest on my palms.

Hey thanks for letting us know why you cant buy them. Still a hot deal I think.
Came here to laugh at the sneering skinny leg crew. Not disappointed.
great-deals
don't need to go heavy on small muscle groups to get strong... strong is not necessarily gained from bulking...

You clearly have NO fecking idea what you're talking about.

'Strong' is gained from heavy weight compound (google it - you need to) moves. Just because you've gone up from 2kg to 5kg bicep curls doesn't mean you have any authority on this subject.
