I do hope that research extends past the likes of daily newspapers ? …I do hope that research extends past the likes of daily newspapers ? B'mth, like every other seaside town has a high level transient population due to the appeal of the wealth and opportunity. Also like other seaside towns it has a poor area associated with problems which started in the late 80s due to the recession and economy at the time. Hotels closed down and turned into cheap bedsits which attracted high volumes from up north looking for work...Scousers, Geordies, Glaswegians primarily. Thatcher told people to get off their arses and travel so that's what they did ! That area, Boscombe went downhill quickly and has never recovered. Nowadays it associated with Eastern Europeans which brings with it additional problems. Have you ever been to B'mth ?

Sounds correct to me. Always lived Bournemouth/Poole so I should know.

Sadly my lovely, some people get off on making comments that are completely unnecessary, then make another comment trying to get other people to join in!! Its possible they are the words of a kid, as i can't see how -41 is a majority given that literally hundreds of people use this site
Its sad because school yard bullying takes place online far too much and all you were doing was trying to help people. I got sick of this site because of this behaviour too- ignore the trolls xx

I spotted but if you wanted something priced at £5 and priced at £3 then you would benefit from the deal. I truly hope no one bought 2 £3 items!

I personally walked away from the stand with a good deal which was convenient because I was food shopping so saved petrol, time, etc. My sharing of this was to help others, so I'm unsure why I got such a frosty reception from you

Heads up to Bournemouth for putting on a great event as well as others like 'wheels' earlier in the year with F1 cars racing around Bournemouth roads, monster trucks on the beach and supercars, not to mention Wed nights lower gdns candlelights & Fri fireworks.

It gets really busy in the daytime however. either walk along beach or take bus/train/cycle from out of town or use P&R.
