These ones are special. 2 hours extra on some people's commutes

johnszi23

There’s roadworks on every road... (ninja)

Zapp

Watch out for the roadworks on the a338 though...

abigsmurf

Be careful with these, it's pretty common to get cheap spa days and then to be constantly asked if you want such and such with your treatment. You then get a nasty surprise when you end up with a massive bill for things you didn't realised were expensive add-ons. 3 golden words : "is that included?"

MabelSwanson

Would love to have a spa right now! Thanks for this wishihadadonkey!

I just need to replace my induction hob to take advantage of this deal. Any deals on hobs floating about?

lasuil

A sad story, I once bought a brand new one of these on a sale just before I moved house. My stepmother accidentally gave it away to someone collecting a load of kitchen stuff I was giving away for free. Can't believe she thought a shiny brand new tefal pan was for giving away (lol)

3 Sainsburys halogen lights down to 20p in Sainsbury's Southborne- Bournemouth
240°
LocalLocalFound 2nd SepFound 2nd Sep
A few in store this amazing deal at local Sainsbury's in Bournemouth ( Southborne )
melted

I already have one transformer powering four originally 35 watt fittings, with something like a 60 - 80 watt minimum, I replaced 3 lamps with 12 watt leds a few years ago and still use a 35watt halogen to meet the minimum current draw. I will get around to it eventually, it is just a matter of shifting furniture taking the carpet up and unscrewing the floorboard and rewiring, I'll probably swap to mains powered led lights, as they should now be the most energy efficient.

melted

Because, it was more convenient when I wired them up to locate the transformer below an already cut floorboard, near where an original light fitting was, and run short lengths of low voltage cable to the light fittings, through a hole in a joist. The other set of lights is beneath a bathroom floor with the transformer under the corner of the next room.

SFconvert

I had this problem but just rewired it so that 1 transformer supplied the power to 4 fittings so the combined power draw is sufficient to stop any issues

Tabintab

report the link ,its goes to a Chinese web site. http://tz.lishaoang444.com/hjad/

Tabintab

these things belong in the recycle bin, will cost you a packet over time compaired to led

bournemouth (a) let's av it

jo10

Why all the critism....this is an amazing deal for a couple! Just wanted to point out that the hotel barely cover their costs on these deals. They have to offer approx 50% discount on there usual prices to post a deal on Travelzoo/Groupon/Wowcher etc. Then Travelzoo/Groupon/Wowcher takes a larger commission....approx 30%. So the hotel actually only receive approx £66.50 (less VAT = £53.20) for provide B&B, 3 course Dinner, bottle wine & parking for 2 people. They are hardly "making money" on "couples only" !?!?!

pandapops

Yep!! (lol) I was considering it until I saw that.

johnszi23

That’s where they make up the money? (ninja) Also that’s where they don’t get visitors (flirt) I would think about it if there would be option for a child but NO option so I’m out :{

Lots of very bad recents reviews at Tripadvisor means its better to stay away from this hotel...

imlikeghostfrompower

agreed, hope some people buy this from littlebird and get a hot uk deal :)

Jellybeans

4stars is not the same everywhere. Also someone's interpretation of star rating is different. I will go with the tripadvisor. But will pay close attention to reviews which give full stars and those which give low stars. I never believe anything deserves to get 100%.

Modsareahit

Oh that's OK then. You clearly have not been reading and understanding. It is billed as 4 star. A tent can be near the beach

J4GG4

I've stayed there and I also kind of agree with you. Its OK. Not the best and I wouldn't class it as a 4 star. Rooms are a bit shabby for a 4 star.

At £1 usually it is great now reduced to half price. Bournemouth great at tasting beer
APPLE-SAM

Sadly £1 in Asda Slough, though even at that price it’s a bargain

Bestbitter

3.6% is what all pub beers used to be, so you could drink in the pub all night without falling over, and enjoy the social life....rather than getting bombed within an hour on 7.8%, that the brain can't cope with, and then being annoying and no use to anyone! Ringwood Razor Back (I think it used to be Ringwood Best) is a great beer, and that is a teriffic price, if you can get it!

MadeInBeats

It was Real Ale last year, but Craft Beer is the new marketing buzzword, that's what they call it now. I drink this on draft in a Marstons pub in Liverpool called The Cambridge... you'd call it something else altogether if you ever tasted that; I just go there for the atmosphere.

stephrideout

Nice beer
