thanks just ordered one

I bought a pair last year and used for light trail running over short distances. The sole had wore out in about 3 months. More fashionable than practical. Don't expect them to last long unless dandering about town in them

Actually really poor reviews on north face’ own website for these persally I like them!

Great shoes I have last year's model and they are so comfy.

Thanks, @Narcotix , very good price

Portland Grey Bedside Drawers Cotswold £89 delivered

Cotswold company have a small sale going on. A posh British brand, none of that cheap flat packed furniture which fall apart like paper. These are well made.
pr06ter Pretty sure this is the same product albeit with different handles. If you’ve got a brand interiors near you they sell them £10 cheaper too (not online unfortunately)

Been looking at a few items from this company lately... how do buyers find the quality of their units?

Nice looking, but not very deep. Height and width ok though.

Not good quality, but price is slightly lower than other oak furniture shops so expected. Not a hot deal, it’s about average.

A posh British brand that has its furniture made in Vietnam, that's what was printed on the box that our kitchen sideboard came in

No dates available at all - sold out according to my phone search.

Have stayed here 3 times on similar offers and the 3 course meal always included a dessert, sometimes a glass of wine also. The tea and coffee is a paid extra as shown on menu. Presume desserts not shown as they varied daily.

You're embarrassing yourself now. Someone provided you with evidence that contradicts what you think is ok, and you have so much pride that you're even trying to belittle him and his point. Such a typical stubborn attitude we see these days, when people can't admit they're wrong. Pathetic.

That'll be samhain81 and all that seeded granary XD Have a nice wedding when it comes around (y)

P3 takes an AAA?

I've not tried that one personally, but from the reviews I just read, it look ok. It certainly appears to be better than the run of the mill cheap options available. As I said above, MOST cheaper torches are not even close to the higher end options, but there are a few exceptions out there.

Did u ever hold in hand Convoy S2+?

While there are many cheaper XML Free flashlights available for those that want a budget torch, they are sold at stupidly low prices because, on the whole, their build quality will be WAY lower than the more expensive torches on sale. The cheaper torches are often copies of better, more established torches. The manufacturers of the cheap ones don't have the experience, quality control or investment that the bigger name have. They are almost always supplied with lower quality LED's, very poor protection circuits they don't manage battery life well, and they have nowhere near the waterproofing of the higher costing torches (most cheap ones are listed as water resistant) While you could buy several for the same price, the quality you'll get is very rarely close. As someone who's had cheap and expensive options, I'll only buy more established, slightly higher cost torches from now on 😁

Shizzy, that Atactictal A1S you listed above is a cracking torch for the money! I've bought several high end torches over the years, most recently the Thrunite TN12 about 6 months ago. I love it, bright, brilliant build, micro USB rechargeable, 18650 batteries..... All in all it's a superb bit of kit, BUT, I spent around £50 on it The Atactictal is a VERY similar flashlight, and it's made by the same company as the more expensive Thrunite, so you're getting solid experience and quality. Best of all, the battery is rechargeable by means of plugging a micro USB cable straight into the battery, a wonderful idea for off grid/solar charging! If I was buying right now, the Atactictal would definitely be first in my basket, especially at that price!! Check out this blokes Youtube review if you're unsure.....

Aaah, sorry. Thanks. Heat added.

Beat it! No Nesbitt for me thanks.

same thought goes through my mind; ironic that such an expensive brand shares part of its name with a man famous for wearing a string vest... and of course I always think of the Rohan shops as being LOR shops...

That's direct with Rab, this offer is from Cotswold outdoors price is £75 until you go through to checkout

These are back on offer again for anyone interested.

I went for the Aviators, so no luck for me!

I got mine so happy in the end, although they do look quite small on face. My mrs said they look like kids sunglasses lol

I wrote to them and the reply was that they had limited stock and the sales over took the stock reported on the website. They tried to source the remaining pairs from their shops, but in the end didn't have enough to satisfy all the orders. Not a brilliant response but I guess there is not much more they can do. I don't think there was ever a question of fake supplies to be fair....

Not received an OOS message but mine still says "processing" (mad) Won't be using this site again, if they fail to deliver. Shouldn't be selling goods they don't stock, especially promoting them in a sale like this. The sunglasses will probably be fake if they are sourcing them from somewhere which isn't an authorised dealer.

Ordered mine lunchtime just had email out of stock. This company put products on for £30 so you add something for free postage then you end up with the other item plus postage. Not the first time they have done this.

Totally agree ;)

Yeah and at this price, they're going to better than a pair of Karrimor.

Cheap decorative Cotswold stone £0.50 Homebase instore

Split packs of decorative Cotswold stone - only 50p I picked up in Bredbury store outside other packs available at time of posting

I spent a fortune on this stuff for my front garden.. looks great but only half done.. wish I'd have bought a half tonne from a landscaper rather then these bags.. would have cost me half the price as I paid about £8 or £9 a bag for these Homebase ones. Also they need washing a lot as they go green after so long with the weather. Still at 50p a bag that's a great find. If it was national I'd give heat heat heat but it will be store specific just because some of their stock is damaged. Good of you to let people local to that store know, hopefully someone else will benefit from you sharing :)

Probably as local store only deal as damaged bags

Can't understand why cold.. anyways Heat from me
