Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Controller Crete White - Refurbished Good - £26.99 at music magpie
Found 24th JulFound 24th Jul
Refurbished so basically used, 12 month warranty Free delivery

I think MM consider refurbished ias someone sitting with a half dry wet wipe, half heartedly cleaning these! Judging by my past refurb purchase (flirt)

Its just untrue spit and wipe at best doesn't equal a refurb in my book...

Is this the Xbox one s controller witch Bluetooth the page does not say but picture is of Xbox one s controller if any one can help thanks

I don't trust these snakes since I purchased a 'new' game from them and got a rewrapped well used copy.

I got shot down in flames for saying the same about an xbox s although both our statements are correct...

akkybadi This is the link and section 5

well presented and may we have many more from you

That link is about car insurance. Nothing on there about holiday excess cover. Cheapest I could find was £28 per week. Regardless, the car hire companies block huge amounts on your card and I know it would ruin my holiday if I had an accident as I would be worried about whether the excess insurer would pay out. Most seem to require police reports. Good luck getting the police in crete to attend a prang. For those looking for car hire in crete with full excess waiver and great new cars, I can recommend these (costs more but worth it for complete peace of mind)

Yeh go on this tells you about hiring a car aboard

I ordered it yesterday at about 3pm. As I could pay through Paypal I didn't bother registering with there site first. After I paid it mentioned the 2015 voucher and said it will create an account for me, but I didn't see an option to create a account or enter an password etc.

My confirmation did take about half hour to come through.

All I have is a Paypal receipt, no confirmation or dispatch emails. I think I ordered through their site. Used the 2nd to last link in the OP

Let me know what you like to do (ie nice beach, historic sites, hiking, .....) and if you've got your own transport and I'll give you a few suggestions. Not much to do or see in the Corinthos / Loutraki area specially at this time of year. In fact its quite dead apart from seeing the canal and ancient Corinthos

Planning to go early next month, I need to do my homework but would you mind giving me some ideas of areas to stay? I had a quick look at , is that in the area? Only going for 2.5 days, was looking at Athens but it's costing around £700-725 from 2nd to 5th November.

And don't spend lots of time in tourist trap Oia - see a caldera and gorgeous sunset from Firostefani.

Santorini certainly isn't about nightclubs (maybe that was aimed at Mykonos?) - I stayed in Perissa where this is aimed at and while there are bars, the promenade was predominantly restaurants and cafes, with the beach and sun loungers directly opposite. It is also a much cheaper part of the island (some parts are fairly overpriced). Perissa is a great location to hire a quad from (roads are generally quieter down south, plus a great way to explore the bottom half of the island for around €30 a day), then you just get the bus up to Fira (capital), plus another bus up to Oia (tourist trap / where all the sunset photos come from). Can highly recommend the Panorama restaurant in the southern part of the island - meal for two overlooking the sunset is more like €40 rather than €100 as you get in Fira and Oia - good destination on the quad bike. Overall this seems like a stellar deal for the week in Perissa alone. Voted hot.

Kalyves is a quiet resort we stayed there in June. Most of the tavernas are on the beaches front so you can eat whilst kids play in sand. Also lovely beaches a couple miles west of chania which have very shallow bays and calm water.

I think someone at Olympic's pricing department should be getting the sack. For them to have to be selling peak summer holidays at this price is criminal, I can only assume their early booking prices were way too high which if true means there'll be lots of disgruntled customers who paid over 3 times this price. Better get booked and enjoy a cheap holiday before they go bust!

Interesting thanks

I would not risk it. When you do turn up and say I spoke to 'Mr Enrika' and he said it would be alright. They would probably say that info was incorrect and 'he is not working today' or 'he left'. In short, you will have to pay an arm and leg because you are in a needy situation.

At what stage do you get to add the code & does the code work for all their holidays? Its ok - I found it - Got a bit of Discount on theone i selected - seems to be certain places are the big discounts.

Great price but look at those flight times especially with kids in tow! On the Friday you probably have to vacate the room by 10-11am. And then you have 20 hours to wait for your flight at 5am Saturday. No matter what anyone says that is never a fun day.

Keep going back and looking, but really not sure Malia is a good place to take a 12 year old.

thanks OP for another great deal.. just wondering, if you have found any good family holiday deals for travel between 13/8 to 29/8..

Great deal and there have been many cheapies flying around (excuse the pun). I have a couple of holidays booked for later in the year and early next year, but determined to book a late deal again and take pot luck and see where we end up. The last 15 years or so, I've been booking flights and accommodation separately, but knowing where I am booking and usually to the same half dozen resorts. I need a change. :D

what a rip off!!!

Correct, it is a generalisation that taking children out has a significant effect on their results. I have seen no scientific evidence. So when a child is sick should the parents should be fined as the child is missing education and will fall behind? Being off sick and going on holiday has the same end result, missed school. Before my children took their 11+ exams, they both took a week off school. Not to go on holiday, but to prepare (they were "sick"). A child in primary school can learn more at home in a week compared to one month at school. A 10 year old child sitting at 11+ aiming for a high score can work out 17% of 50 in less than 5 seconds in their head and these highly qualified primary school teachers often struggle, such is their ability in basic maths. This is a generalisation from experience.

This is a generalisation.

Take them out early. The school cannot fine you as the parent won in the High Court. I took mine out. My son scored 99% in Maths Sats and got 13.5 GCSEs all A/A*. Taking them out does not make any difference. When teachers go on strike they suffer. Then the school takes children on a residential trip in term time and that's fine. It is all nonsense. What do they learn in primary school? If the school fined you refuse to pay any voluntary contributions for trips. The Head of my son's grammar school stated he would never fine parents, although he did not approve of term time holidays. But what do they do just before Christmas?

Just supply and demand. Can't wait until mine are done with school though. :)
