These are really terrible kettles. Dangerously so. You're going to get scolded if you buy one of these!

ziggy81ziggy

My parents have this kettle, it's really badly designed. When full, the angle you have to tip it at means the steam from the spout covers the handle and burns your hand and also the water 'blurts' out because the angle doesn't allow for a flow - hard to describe!

Interesting page here showing the 'tiers' for each location aka the overpricing levels!!!! https://www.bannatyne.co.uk/health-club/cross-usage-policy MK is second lowest tier hence this 'cheaper' price

Always worth a phone call referencing the deal wherever it is and asking if they will do similar. You'd be amazed what you can get just by asking. It really is a case of don't ask don't get.

Sorry, I missed the note. Even though I live in Berkshire they still sent me the seeds so I guess if you are close enough to Buckinghamshire you might still get them.

This deal is misleading. The £21.95 tickets on the Gullivers Website relate to a special event over May Half term that includes food, however I contacted Little Bird who confirmed that this deal is for general admission only not the special event tickets. General Admission tickets on the Gullivers Website (Warrington) are only £16.95 each therefore only a £1.95 saving per person.

Obvious question is matlock bath likely to be busy in the weekdays for half term Anyone who's been any tips Thanks

Get the damp problem fixed?

Dragon32

I must admit that I've never had a problem at whatever temperature is is with the 6+ cars I've had over the last 20 years with humidity even in the cold so not sure why it's been ok for me? Maybe it's because I use the car a lot with doing around 30K a year?

Jemster

Car air-con generally doesn't work below about 2-3 degrees (depending on car manufacturer) as they disable the compressor below that temperature. I thought it was to avoid damage in the winter, but maybe also to save fuel as the air is cold enough. That means you've no air drier yet coincidentally, that's when you're most likely to have condensation in your car and could do with the drier running... These bags are pretty good, but I had better results with a much larger one I bought from Halfords that lasted over a year before it stopped making a difference. Only problem was, there was no way to re-charging it. I tried radiators, oven, microwave, but ended up throwing it out and buying these. They're just alright, but at that price, hot! :)

be2st

One thing that I would like to pointed out, this item is useful to keep your lens/camera free of fungus as long as you keep them in a sealed box to make it as a cheap dry box, just add a hygrometer to monitor its humidity. Of course it can not regulate the humidity like a dedicated Digital dehumidify dry cabinet box.
