I live on argassi (another resort on zakynthos) most of the island is open and ready for business from 1st of may every year although this year we are all about 5 days late because of a late easter. At the moment the weather is glorious and the sea is starting to warm up, regardless of what we all think of laganas as a resort there is a lot more of the island to discover and at this price you cannot go wrong.
Jesus. I went to Laganas when I was about 17 and it was too noisy and dirty for me then so I think I'll give it a wide berth now I'm 32! A filthy place.
im after something around 29th july for 2 weeks all inclussive for our honeymoon but cant seem to find any 4/5 stars hotels under or around £2000. Anyone have any sujestions on destinations
Been here 3 times as well as other islands. its a great island if you like to party and such. not such a place if you like to see sights etc. good for relaxation etc [late nights and long lay ins]. Stayed in this hotel too. It'll do i enjoyed it, people are nice a friendly etc. A trip across to the shipwreck is a must. I think you can get day trips to turkey for roughly 50-100euro. Used to go in may and it was very much alive.
It's a good deal but honestly, Laganas is a horrible place. The rest of the island is lovely but Laganas is truly awful.

My locals have run out. Would a time be willing to get xbox version for me and I can pay postage and few quid extra to get it sent up?
Going to Tesco Surrey Quays soon. Hope there's still an Xbox version left...

@gslgregory not even if it creates a deal?

Yes - not even a deal. Not my rules, theirs.

I think it's because there would be lots of people posting their own referral codes and clogging up the site.
The link to Itunes is still an affiliate link so I don't think they're missing out.
For future reference if you're name happened to be F REEBIE you could say it is a special code and it would not look like a referral... Lol

They don't allow referral as HUKD would lose affiliates money. Which I am all for as I save enough through them so more than happy to buy through them to keep the site going! But I don't imagine they get money from this company anyway so it's not the end of the world.

Shame HUKD don't set up an account and we can all put their code and they could give their staff the free tickets...?

Head to Carnaby after if you don't have any luck, there's a shopping party with free drinks from a bar, possibly goodie bags and 20% off all stores in carnaby.

You need to print a ticket, but worth going I think.

Agreed, many of the shops give out free beers that you can drink while you shop. I got pretty drunk last time and spent absolutely nothing.

So you go from shop to shop showing your evening standard to receive a gift card that will have at least £5 on it?....

Terms and Condition

Says one transaction per a customer - though doesn't explicitly say that newspaper will be kept upon purchase....

Not forgetting that by 4pm there are loads of Evening Standards stashed at stations lol. Easy to pick up more than 1 if required.

You think there'll be any vouchers left by 4pm? oO

Sure, the final edition gets dispatched around that time..

Wow - just tried to call Tmob (existing customer) looking for any offers on 4G MBB - they managed to put me through to Orange CS not EE sales - they passed me straight back & then I was asked to go through security again - what a waste of time!!!
What are the thoughts on the e589? Seems to unlock for £3 on eBay, then sell for £100++...
Went into my local Currys and the offer was for the E589 - £29 for the mobile Wi-Fi on a 1 month contract at £20.99 for 5GB. They did not stock the E5776 at all.
At these prices surely it would be more sensible to get a "One Plan" SIM from 3, and tether using a suitable phone. Unlimited data at reasonable speeds without the worry of being hit for high data usage. With phone for £29-£37 (plus £49 for handset) or £25 SIM only. Got stung for high data once and won't let it happen again. I know it's 30 days vs 24 month contract but you won't want to be without a connection so you will pay one way or the other anyway. 3 may not be good for everyone but I know someone that was able to get rid of his home phone and broadband and saved loads..
Contradicts the last paragraph of the description

It has the most nuts in too which means it costs more to produce.

That article is a bit silly really - considering almost all the fats are derived from nuts in this muesli - which are poly and monounsaturates that, beyond their calorie-dense nature, have no other real impact.

Correct you are. Almost all the fats are from nuts in the muesli, and they are not the bad fats. Doesn't make the article silly, I don't think it claims otherwise, it just gives the various sugar and fat content of various cereals! And it is one of the cerals with the highest fat content!

Simply overpriced in the first place. Why don't they say that? Can't imagine why.

Or you are too poor to buy good Muesli.

Here's a novel thought, something can actually be overpriced and actually still be affordable, but because it's affordable doesn't negate its position as being overpriced.

Spot on Fish meister.

I actually quite like the Dorset cereals. But these are always available in everythings £1, and lately I've been preferring sainsbury's own brand granola, and a tesco meusli... Price wise the dorset stuff is nonsense.

Fat content wise its not so good either!

£6.84 for 200 grammes is £34.20 a kilo for instant coffee. No wonder there's a recession. It's a bit like the price of beer. People get so het-up when petrol goes up a penny or two but happily pay around £18 a gallon for something that is basically flavoured water, while petrol is £6.09p a gallon.

My car doesn't run on coffee. Nor does it run on tea, coca cola, lemonade or anything else but petrol. See where i'm going with this?

I think you have got your sums a bit wrong. 6g of coffee should make 1 pint, therefore 48g are required for 1 gallon. A 200g jar will therefore be enough to make nearly 4.2 gallons of coffee at a cost of £ 1.64 per gallon (if £6.84 for 200g jar) plus the price of hot water. So still cheaper (and safer) to drink coffee than petrol.

Either way, it is only £ 4 at Sainsburys and Asda (or less than a £1 per gallon if you want to measure it that way)

Might be expensive in the long run.
Virgin economy seat pitch 31 in Thomson 33 in we booked with Thomson to Florida
Was First choice plane and was very roomy seating lot more roomy than Virgin + on demand films as well
Only cost £248 yes you get free drinks ect with Virgin but i could by lots of drinks with the £350/400 i saved
I also hate Thomson charging for bags on long haul and to choose a seat. Virgin for me every time thanks
Please don't stay at the econo lodge there are cockroaches everywhere we moved rooms 3 times roaches in bed sheets shower swimming pool. We checked out and stayed at the clarion for £30 a night using Priceline
Just got back from Florida booked flights with Thomson but was a First choice plane quite roomy seating in economy
Was only 7 across (ie 3 in middle row) rather than 8 across like most 767,s and plenty of leg room
The IFE was good for a charter flight as well
As for accommodation book a villa loads better than the hotels IMO loads of good deals around if u book direct
and the car hire is cheap as well

This offer has been an absolute shambles!!
Royal Mint should be ashamed of themselves. I've never seen an online retailer self-destruct in the face of a special offer as badly as RM did here.
A short summary:
The website was brain-achingly slow to transact/amend basket at time of order.
Quidco was promised, then withdrawn.
Random amounts of money were taken, but no order summaries were available, or given with the dispatch.
There's only been one update, saying that instead of giving the coins in their presentation packs, they'd be sent loose. Although the sale price = their legal tender value, this is still very disappointing.
Two months on, some orders have been fulfilled, some haven't, with no flow of information, so customers are just left completely in the dark until the day in the distant future a padded envelope drops on their doormat (or not).

I'd normally complain till the cows come home, but it's futile as what they've sent me is technically worth exactly what I paid for, and what they haven't sent me hasn't been charged for, so complaining will do nothing but prompt a generic 'sorry' response at best. I wonder if, knowing that, they have become complacent with their handling of this debacle.
I still can't believe they'd have such a poor grasp of stock control and management that they let it descend into such a farce. These people should be banned from minting money as they're clearly too incompetent to deal with such an important responsibility.
Well to say all orders would be received by the end of June I have received nothing yet.....they have 3days left.....

My package arrived yesterday and only 22 Coins inside. No sign of the other 8 coins and the folder?
5 of the coins are missing the outer retail packaging.
My 2nd folder i ordered arrived with only 25 coins. What came was the folder + 25 coins 5/6 without the packaging and missing 4 50ps and completer medal.
Went on website and says in process still, wondering if i cancel the order will they refund me £20? lol

Sounds like an idea!

Received another package with 4 more Coins, again some had outer package missing.

thanks again deals234 am i right in saying everone else puts there flights up about 11 months prior to going, never been before and really just trying to get organised lol. as for sending you a pm i think this is the first post ive even commented on and it takes me 10 mins to find it to see if anyones replied haha but thank you very much for the help

It really depends on the airline. For the majority you can book in advance by up to a year. Dont worry if you want to fly in summer or October of 2014 you dont even need to think about anything at the moment. Start looking before Christmas :)
Ill make a note of your username. If I find something Ill contact you :)

Thanks deals234
Ive been looking and virgin will let you book for oct 2014 so what would be a good price for a 2 adults n 2 kids im getting prices in the region of £3200 for flydrive and whats the best way to book park tickets if as said earlier you cant share them with other family's

Sorry, i wasnt really clear last time round. What I mean to say......if one airline lets you book oct 2014 that eliminates competition so they can charge whatever they like. £3200 is way way way way too steep. Give it some time, trust me on this. Im not sure how the park tickets work at the moment, not been in a while now. Maybe someone else out there can help you? If you drop me a PM closer to the time I will help you :)

Great deal booked return flights from Heathrow to JFK for £370 return first week of June

Any recommendations for hotels or where I can book decent hotel for a good price??
Hot!

I just done a search flying from Edinburgh via Heathrow on 27 June 2013 returning 02 July 2013 for 2 Adults for a total of £778.64.
I think its the same baggage allowance to the main deal.

Time to look out the passports
Ordered, many thanks for finding this deal! :)

Really good options available, even if I choose to book from Edinburgh to JFK it just automatically includes the little red flight.

First week in june for 389....... So tempted now.

Any amazing deals on hotels?!
I highly recommend to check Airbnb.com for a private apartment in a central location. Much cheaper!

I'm on it, thanks!

Second thoughts, don't really want to rent a room from someone! Will look elsewhere thanks!

Airbnb is like a community you dont book apartments from strangers.
I don't know any of them, so they are strangers!! :D

In all seriousness, would much prefer a hotel thanks.

Great shout on the flights.

lol. on first name terms with all the hotel owners are we?

If they are none stop, how do you get on? :)
