Most will be cut through relatively easily don’t matter what size as such. The thing is it’s how easy you make it for them. If the chain is on the floor it will become a whole lot easier m. It’s all about deterrent and this small chain won’t be much of one at all. I have the 16mm oxford and lock(nemesis). Still gets cut through like hot knife in butter but looks the part and means that they more likely go for the bike next to mine with this on then mine. But that said you should always use disk locks etc bike alarms and even 2 chains. Remember anything that looks like it’s gonna be a pain or take a while will always potentially send them to the next bike
just wondered about the '5 minute attack test' as seen vids of cutting through similar thicknesses with relative ease.
Look here for chains that have been well tested https://www.bennetts.co.uk/bikesocial/reviews/products/security/motorcycle-chains-and-locks/how-to-choose-the-best-motorcycle-security
I hope you’re being sarcastic. Even the toughest chain on the market at over £200 will eventually be cut through by a angle grinder. If that takes 45 seconds this this will be over in around 15-20 seconds
You haven’t seen one then.
