...their customer service is rubbish to say the least, so can't be arsed to got through the whole "nine yards" process (annoyed) I will place it though in my basket and wait for another "proper" discount voucher, maybe lucky, if not it won't the end of the world (cheeky)
No box for discount. Did you talked on chat before you place the order, or did you paid full price and they gave you a refund ?
I had to phone after placing the order, 1st representative said they couldn't apply the code as item already discounted, I had to argue the toss. I said my friend had successfully ordered one using the code and had informed me abiut the offer and that was the only reason I had put myself through a credit check... They crumbled in the end.
