This is on my 'summer bucket list' thank you for posting

Absolutely love Bolton Abbey, we usually take a picnic and get a coffee and drinks from the cafe. We went to the Halloween walk last year and the kids loved it. Its close to Skipton so we sometimes visit there afterwards x

The £10 parking is a joke, it's a beautiful place to spend a family day out, tarnished by the Duke of Devonshire's greed. What's a Duke of Devonshire doing overcharging honest, hardworking Yorkshire folk anyway? I suspect he was booted out of the south west for his money grabbing ways!!! Where's Robin Hood when you need him!!!!

I imagine with the hot weather & everything being so dry a disposable BBQ would probably not be a good idea (y)

It’s in Skipton

Razer Thresher (non ultimate) is better imo.

Beyers are as they were when knew. Outstanding. Sounds like you didn't get past the a50 presets. A real shame as with a little know how you may have been surprised. Out of the box settings are average at best. If you ever invest be sure to drop me a line and I'll be more than happy to give you some help.

They're crud, hence the reason I upgraded when I could.

The A50s sound notoceably muddy. Your Beyers must be worn out.

I tried this headset once. What can I say. Minesweeper sounded great (cheeky)

Yes was waiting for a comment about skoda's! I would like to agree but this engine is in VW Audi seat vehicles, I would rather pay a few pence more just for piece of mind.. Maybe I was just unlucky...

Or could just be because it’s a Skoda :/

Not so stupid IMO, have not used supermarket fuel since the high pressure fuel pump failed in my diesel skoda, the diesel specialists that I took it to told me that supermarket fuel is inferior and contains a higher percentage of bio diesel which modern diesel pumps do not like.

121.9 at Tesco, or 126.9 at the Esso 200m down the road! Esso was rammed - stupid people!

Even supermarket fuel is £1.19.9 near me.

Showing as £649.99 for me, had this expired?

Just be aware that the non IPS screens on these are truly awful. (Think 2010 quality.)

Anything better than a 1050 is better to have than a 1050 lol. The closest price I can find on other sites is £679.00, so this is quite a deal at the moment I think.

Well duh.... Hey a 1080ti would be nicer.... so would a 17.3 IPS screen, 120hz GSYNC etc etc Very lucky to find a 1050ti for 600 quid currently

Lidl/Aldi regularly do one for about a tenner (somewhere between £8 and £14, I forget exactly). had mine for about 3 years. It can be used in-ear, or forehead, and has a removable, washable ear peice.

They have these in some Sainsburys as well. I got one in a Sainsburys local today, they had the helicopter and the car.

There were limited ones of these in Bolton. A few hung up at the side on those plastic hanging strips. I got one but only spotted two others. Either they are limited in stock or everyone wants that one.

Been in 2 stores and they both have the deal. But neither had stock of the Assault Walker

VUE Bolton £7.99 films (Adult ticket)
LocalLocalFound 22nd JanFound 22nd Jan
Seems as though all films are £7.99 for an Adult Ticket at the moment, not sure when the offer is running until!

Love the recliners in Preston!

Vue Bolton is one of only 2 Vue Cinemas in the UK (Both of which are local to me, Preston & Bolton) to have upgraded to electronic recliner leather seats - hence the price increase. £7.99 is well worth the price for the comfort that other cinemas don't offer, in my opinion. All seats are now classed as "VIP" and are one standard price. Normally a film goes for up to £11.59 at Vue, so this is a good price :) especially on Meerkat Movies days

£7.99? In my city, Premier, Cineworld & Vue have a flat rate £4 ticket for every movie, and with meerkat code, its 2 tickets for £4 on Tues/Wed. Odeon is £8 £7.99 feels really expensive.

Astley bridge?

For my Asda to have reduced games it would have to have games to reduce - its selection is pitiful, and it's a Superstore! I'm not sure where the nearest Asda to me with a good gaming section would be.

Wow great find! I'm never lucky enough to find these bargains. Heat added (y)

Real Christmas trees £3 at Bolton B&Q
LocalLocalFound 21st Dec 2017Found 21st Dec 2017
Lots reduced to £3 in store

B&Q Loughborough has loads of excellent-shaped trees in all sizes. Got a modest 6 footer in beautiful condition for £3 this morning. As etta691 says, dressing a Xmas tree on Christmas Eve was traditional up until thirty or so years ago when the manic marketing of the festive season got pushed forward to September. We found it was a great way to keep the hysteria in our household down to tolerable levels, and the kids got used to my annual quest to get a cheap tree in the few days before Christmas. Plonk it in a bucket of water and leave it outside. Bring it in as it gets dark on Xmas Eve - now the family has grown and moved away and will reassemble with us on Sunday, they wouldn't like it if it was decorated without them there.

£1 in exeter but only a handful left. I got a 6ft Nordman Fir not bad but not the best tree I have bought - certainly the cheapest

Not now

Traditionally Christmas trees were put up on Christmas eve as part of the festivities, the whole family and the children taking part in decorating it and waiting for the presents to appear the next morning. It was because of this that the price of the trees was quite high on Xmas Eve and cheaper if bought before, hence most people could only afford a tree if bought way in advance of Xmas Eve even if risking having a withered tree by the day itself. Eventually this has become the norm and as a consequence the price went up for buying the trees in advance and dropped to almost free if bought in accordance with the tradition. Plus the shops benefit if they sell us the idea that xmas starts in November, the earlier the better for them, who can blame them. Its a funny world we live in :)

now that's a hot deal

Overwatch Game of the year edition. GOTY. £20 Asda instore (Bolton)
LocalLocalFound 15th Dec 2017Found 15th Dec 2017
Found in Burnden Park Asda in Bolton. Overwatch GOTY for £20. Cheapest I've seen it.

It's not in stock when you take it to the counter. I've been asking almost every day and they said they don't know when they're getting it in as they don't know whats in the delieveries they get each night :/

£20 is a bargain, heat added. It's not perfect, but it's the closest I've seen anyone come in a long time. And it's only getting better. If you can play the PC version instead, do that, but if not then this a superb choice. Overwatch is some of the best value gameplay I've purchased, having picked it up on PC (PCMR) at launch. The Overwatch dev team (headed by Jeff Kaplan) have been relentlessly adding new content. None of this paid DLC bullcrap, no pay-to-win. You have the game, then it's yours. New characters, new maps, new gameplay modes. Server browser (on the PC at least, dunno about console). Special events added regularly. Excellent esports league on PC, and presumably some sort of ranked play on console. Interesting, fun, gorgeous and cool roster of characters which have been tweaked, overhauled and expanded over time. Sniper healer from Egypt, Latin-American stealth hacker, African energy shield and machinegun defense bot, amoral Irish evil scientist with healing and offensive capabilities, all added since launch. For free. Even the short cinematics Blizzard have released are top notch. (The "Alive" one kicked me in the chest like a Pixar movie.) The comics are supposed to be really good, the ones I've read sure were. They're building out and filling in the Overwatch universe and it's AWESOME. The loot crate reward system is cosmetic and has no real-world swapping or selling. Nothing like the CS:GO weapons fiasco. You can buy extra loot crates for cosmetics like voice lines and skins, but you win them regularly anyway. It's your skills and teamwork that determine how you do, not how much money you spend. #WeAreAllOneWithinTheIris #JeffKaplanForPresident

That's expensive for ASDA.

Tried to play this so many times but just can not get into it at all. But each to there own and it must have something about it for it to sell like it has done.
