All Zante Discounts, Offers and Sale - September 2018
Nice one, I think I will buy this one for my countryside house. No point buying proper water system as we do not spend a lot of there tho.
This. We also have one of each kind (not in the same enclosure, obvs!). However, ours, in the loft en suite has decent pressure. I think decent showers of at least 9.5kw are better these days then they used to be and a decent shower head can help. However, if you have an old electric shower and are looking to replace, you need to be aware that new cabling may be required if it has more kw.
I agree but I put one in the ensuite as backup as the boiler has broken twice in only 10 years but has taken over a week both times to get it fixed and I was happy to use the electrical one even though the power reassembled a watering can.
Thanks for posting, I just broke our electric shower this week by hooking it up as a water source for a pressure washer. Thought I was saving a few pounds by not getting an external tap fitted (lol)
I hate electrical showers, they are just not powerful at all. It's much better having a combi boiler what makes hotwater with real pressure.
6:45 Friday eve!
Great stuff. I'm glad at least one other person snapped up the offer. Got mine today also. Flipping bright colour but for £4 all in, I can't complain!
Got mine today 👏🏻👏🏻 thanks OP
What time did u order?
Hopefully not a mistake. Shown as posted by Hermes, so not cancelled by Seller. Fingers crossed!
wish I could find a deal for one person Majorca May 14th for few days with TUI
Tui is Thomsons and first choice together. They have been the same company for years now but only recently changed the name. Thomas cook is by itself. I’ve never had a problem with thomson holidays.
I think tui was Thompson. Best holiday I've had was with Thompson. Flights were perfect and on time. Very easy company to deal with
Wish these prices were same for single travetll
Yes your Correct it is Amalgamation of a number of companies Under one banner. Which my opinion Has made the company worse
4 nights for near £400 each? Why so hot?
Filoxenia Hotel best all inc hotel i have been too! about 10 min walk from Tsilivi town centre.
I have been on that beach...stunning!
Heat for all the effort you've put into this post!
Really? Surely room available the morning of flight......
Only 6 nights really as you lose the first night of your hotel as you won't arrive until after 8am in the morning. Then you'll have to check out at 12 lunchtime and be out of your room until you fly home the following morning at 7am! It would make more sense for Thomas Cook to start the 7 nights hotel from the day of arrival rather than the day before.
Stayed at The Seaview twice! Would highly recommend! Alykes is beautiful.
Great price but terrible flight times both ways:(
Hell yeah. I'll drop them off in half hour
can anyone lend me two kids?
Can you only book planets through Thomson
What do you base that on? We've been going to Planet Studios in Tsilivi for over 10 years, with different friends regularly and they all book to go back there year after year. The people there are friendly, the restaurants, food and drinks are great, and we've never had or seen any trouble there. Laganas on the other hand does seem to be getting a bit of a bad reputation. Also Tripadvisor has lots of excellent reviews, giving Planet Studios 4.5 out of 5. We haven't been to Kefalonia yet so can't comment on that but it is on our to do list as friends have been there and enjoyed it.
Went to Tsilivi some years ago now but not a bad resort, friendly enough people and great weather in the summer. Lots of trips to do but make sure you go through Nefis as there cheaper than the holiday reps and more knowledgeable. Had a day in Kefalonia as well which was nice.
Be a bit cold then
Stayed in Argassi in 1987,queit resort then,a few apartments and tavernas, always wondered what it is like now. Will return one day.
Argassi is a lovely resort .. But stayed at this establishment this year and found it dire! Any negative reviews on trip advisor & the owner accuses people of being liars and they never stayed there!!! The hotel us very central and not at all noisy... But rooms are very poor, food atrocious and staff miserable and unhelpful!
"Loverly" couldn't help but read that in west country accent :)
Stayed here granted a few years ago but Loverly hotel family run
I love this price, but i have to work these days.
I was blocked!
Amazing price! A beautiful island too, although avoid party town Laganas unless that's what you want! Been about 5/6 times now arrived back from my last holiday earlier this month. I don't know why people are moaning about the airport I go on holiday to enjoy the location not the airport! And it's a slight upgrade from the old terminal building that they still used until 11 years ago!
Everyone charges for hold luggage short haul, even BA. This is a great deal but Mykonos/Santorini are nicer in my opinion. Thomas Cook were selling the former for £60 return from Manchester, not sure if they still are. Thomson are doing Santorini for £120 which is still a great deal
CORRECT! They charge for luggage on top, so please factor this in. Of course, you can purchase only one suitcase between say, two of you.
Any nice ladies in that Laganas (strip club)?
WOW... bed bugs, bills for faulty taps.... not sure this can be classed as a bargain... suppose if Thomson move you then you are onto a winner. and the wifi is not free... even though it states that. Maybe one for lads who dont give a monkeys about the quality.
also check on thomsons flying from edinburgh and glasgow for these dates for other destinations around Greece they're ridiculously cheap
Hot, but I'd prefer to fly out of London Sitsted
Dirty week away in a hotel, sounds good to me.
CAPS LOCK IS DISGUSTING ;)
HOTEL IS DISGUSTING.

Fully booked :(
this is sooooo tempting even though we have only just got back from spain :D
Depends where you live. My daughter has 2 weeks off, she's in primary school in Gtr M/cr
Do the kids get 2 weeks off at half-term?
Didn't see that one, took me over half an hour to post it (geting screenshot, uploading it etc) so may not have been there when I started but it's different resort and accomodation, hotel as opposed to a studio.
Might have to go alone. No one can get the time off...
I shouldn't be out on my own...I meant the Porto Paradiso on the beach, the Paradosiako is a restaurant on the road just out of Alykes, 5 mins left out of your front door. Get a free wine voucher from here http://www.paradosiako.com.gr/ other vouchers available from here- http://alykes.com/en-discounts-offers.php Have a relaxing time, we're off there on the 18th.
If you forget this experience and go to alykanas you will be very happy! :)
4th year to Alykanas this year/ amazing holidays. Relaxing friendly hosptable resort.
Thanks for the info, I'll be staying at the Ionian Star in a sea view room, booked direct :)
Admire people who can just lay on a beach for 14 days straight, I am always bored after an hour. Girlfriend is not happy about this though.
Went for 2 weeks in 2008, luckily we were far enough away and was accommodation was quite decent but you seriously have to have your wits about you at times when you venture down that way. We did 'the strip' a few nights, needless to say, Brits of a certain age do themselves no favours. I would say its the least Greek resort in Greece I've been to. Going to Zante again this year but up near Keri, away from most things, in a villa...perfect for me. If you're wanting a resort with a bit of nightlife, Tsilivi is pretty good for that. Plus the Alexandra Hotel Beach Party every week is a good night.
Yes, and let's not forget about the little eastern european/albanian kids who are out working at 5am in the morning trying to rob drunk tourists. You get what you pay for!
Cannot disagree with any of this, also the guys running the horse and carts are all Eastern Europeans and will fleece you if you're not careful. Majority of the restaurants on the strip are also not Greek owned, avoid these like the plague. They are easy to spot though.
Some parts (Laganas) yes. Other parts, no.
