Shoes are probably for display purposes only. Very trendy these days.
Erm , why are there shoes on a console table ?
Hmmm, dirty shoes on a white high gloss surface, doesn't seem like an ideal combination.

I envy far-sighted people who do not need prescription lenses while cycling. Those lenses get expensive fast

I got 2 Breville kettles when there was a deal on them a few years back, one lasted 13 months before leaking, the other 15.. I`ll never buy another Breville product again as a result.

If Russell Hobbs made it, it`d be worth buying. My previous Russell Hobbs lasted well over a decade before the element burnt out, the Russell Hobbs/Brita filter kettle I replaced the Brevilles with has lasted a year so far, & shows no signs of failing, & has the added bonus of not scaling up every couple of months.
We have this and a coffee pod machine; a kettle has proven superfluous.
Had mine for 2 years before using it...agree with previous poster, it probably does take the same amount of time for the same amount in a kettle but it's a bit tricky to get the right amount, also it would be great if you could adjust by a few ounces.
My particular item stopped illuminating blue whilst in operation! And now, for Pete's sake, I have no idea when it's completed...apart from when it's stopped trumpeting and stopped pouring water into the cup!
Try in store. Just been Saddle Junction, Wigan and there was..say 15 to 20 piled in the foyer

I love this gadget. I got one for my gran when she was no longer able to lift the kettle. She can now make herself tea, coffee, cup a soups and instant porridge.

That’s the problem with oil based white paint now, if your going to use white gloss or satinfor any woodwork your better off using water based paint, a really good one is made by Bedec, top quality paint much better then Dulux.
I use johnstones eggshell,White instead of gloss. Dosen’t go yellow or smell, quicker drying time too.
should be renamed smokers yellow instead of brilliant white.

Actually, I didn't set the price as £6, in the title I had prices from £6, but that part seems to be cut out / not showing, I am not sure what happened, I don't usually put a price when it's a multiple item deal, just when it's one item, thank you for your comment, it made me aware of the error
If you’re mislead into purchasing because of the way it’s written you need your head checking out.

Clicking on the deal because of it? Who cares. As clearly your time isn’t that precious considering the amount of arguing over it.

I don't quite understand what your problem is? Like I said earlier, find better prices on any of the products in the OP and POST THEM. Or is that too difficult?

I tell you the problem. Imagine going to a supermarket and they have displayed £ 1.00 for the milk but when you look closer it appears that somewhere in that supermarket there is a small bottle of water that's for a £1.00 but the milk is for £5.00. You won't be happy will you. Let's say that £5.00 a bottle for milk is the cheapest around, it is still misleading.

If you want chest of drawers get ikea malm, solid had them for over 8 years and not a single problem to complain about.
Edited by: "JhonnyWalker" 28th Nov 2017
how easy is to join??
We purchased a whole set of hygena furniture for our lounge, even though it was fully assembled and really well packaged it was still all broken inside and the colour was not like the product description. But the customer service was really good, we could keep and use the furniture as best we could till the replacements came. Replacements were Hygena and although well built, extremely small pieces of furniture. So we have now opted for Ikea which we had in the first place. Doh! I'd not purchase furniture from Argos unless I really had to. Ikea on the other hand, has lasted really well and it's all stood up to all our 6 children can throw at it. So if pick ikea over Argos every time personally.
Argos furniture is a waste of money rubbish quality I regret buying mine from there and never buy from them again

Little update, Quidco paid out already, £10 cashback

phone is great, snappy, light, sturdy, battery life is amazing too, I'm surprised at how long it can go with the screen on.

How's everyone else getting on with their Nokia 8s, and has anyone else …How's everyone else getting on with their Nokia 8s, and has anyone else had any issues? My phone (blue version) has been fine for the past month or so but has developed a screen fault (half the screen just freezes or pixelates). I bought it from the AffordableMobiles deal posted here and they have been useless ("all we can do is send it back to Nokia for repair, since it's more than 30 days old") and I'm not really sure about Nokia - they've asked me to send it away (prepaid to Hungary(!)) but when I asked how long it would take, all I've had is "Unfortunately we don't possess this information at the moment", whatever the heck that means.I'll probably go along with it and see where it leaves me, but it's really poor customer service on both counts.Has anyone else encountered any issues, and/or dealt with Nokia customer service?

For anyone interested in how this was resolved - after a mixup with DHL (the phone sat in one of their centres for a week, all the while they weren't sure where it was, and I was calling them at least daily), the phone was in transit for less than 24 hours before being delivered to the repair centre in Budapest. It arrived Friday and was back to me the following Thursday (and I think it would have been a day sooner but for the fact I amended the delivery address with DHL). It's had a new screen which has completely resolved the issues I was having. So but for DHL's incompetence, it was would have been a week from start to finish.

Communications with HMD ('Nokia') were slightly painful - at one point, they were insisting that they had received the phone on the day before I even posted it, and I never felt like I was talking (webchat) with anyone who actually seemed all that helpful - but the outcome was great.

TL/DR: despite lacking the polish you might get (or expect to get) from a premium brand, the service process worked pretty well.
