So being sold via a 3rd party, if any issues arise do you go via them or Amazon?
Well when I tried many times to contact wileyfox about an issue with my phone they failed to reply to every email
And you think Samsung has Cs? I promise you not as you think it. Your customer support is Amazon, any problem they take it back full refund. Better than Samsung or LG who'd tell you to send it in and 3 weeks later inform you it is water damaged and out of warranty
Literally non existent customer service in my experience.....
Had got one as gift for some one last year. Could tell that the box had been previous opened and the product number label had been pasted over by another label. The phone was in a very good condition. The touch screen on the phone felt a bit laggy or did not seem to register some of the touches.
